They welcomed us with radiant smiles, handled every request efficiently, and made us feel instantly valued as guests. Special mention: Tarun and Gunjan. The Restaurant Service Staff: Dining staff here was a highlight of our stay. The restaurant team was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Housekeeping: Our room was kept absolutely immaculate throughout our stay. The housekeeping team's attention to detail, respect for our space, and thoroughness were top-notch. "I have booked the hotel on 7th april 26 for 2 days but found the hotel people very rude at the time of checkin . no support and too hectic this people were creating havoc. rohit person at reception was just passing time pass and creating to late to provide the keys till 11.00 pm they hand over the keys. all my family members were upset. i dont think this kind of service from IHCL team. dont sugget to go in this hotel . very rude behavior of staff and reception peoples are very arrogant. they even didnt provide invoice copy till date . very much disappointed never suggest to go ."

Many many facilities like Jacuzzi, Sauna, Pools, Kids play, Bar Club etc. Everything was super clean and so clam and no noise, literally you can hear the birds chirping. Super beautiful view of the mountain and surrounding greenery . Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great resort stay with excellent food and outstanding service. Looking forward to visiting again! A highly recommended value for money !"
