"My wife and I had a 3 night half board stay at this very lovely 4 star hotel around 80 km from Colombo. This was our third stay since 2018, the last time was 2022. This time we had a deluxe room with ocean view and balcony. All the staff we encountered were professional and very helpful. We enjoyed the food, from a la carte, set menu and buffet, including Sri Lankan, other Asian and western meals. Though the sea was rough and not safe for swimming this time of year, we enjoyed the pools, both big and small. The other guests were a mixture of local and foreign and they too told us of their enjoyment of the hotel. We would like to mention the following staff, who made us welcoming: Nethmi and Chathani at the Front desk, Gaya and Upul in the restaurant as well as Chef Premasiri , Situn and Sampath in housekeeping."

"It is a gorgeous villa- we were a large group of friends and we went with each of our families- we took all 7 bedrooms and we had the most memorable time at this property. The beach is only 100mts away- a 2 min walk from the property- the beach is also very clean and accessible. The villa has a beautiful pool where we hung out most of the time. The staff and the manager were very friendly and accommodating to all our requests- in fact, we used their kitchen like it’s our own and taught them our style of cooking. They kept the villa clean for us at all times and were always available. We are very happy to have stayed at Ceylo Villas. "
