"I stayed in the cottage alone, so I had plenty of space. The amenities were great, including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, body cream, and bar soap. They even provided tea bags.
There's a supermarket within walking distance, and the kitchen area was clean with plenty of cutlery, so I think it would be suitable for large groups or parties.
My cottage was at the very back, so the Wi-Fi didn't reach, which was inconvenient. Other than that, it was great."

"This was the best value-for-money hotel on our trip. The kids were a bit sad they didn't get to use the pool because we had to go to the supermarket and see the penguins, but we did check it out and it looked really nice. All three rooms were very spacious, and the bedding was super comfortable. We even got some laundry done. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped; we made some food after coming back from seeing the penguins, and everyone was really happy. It's also not far from the Wildlife Park and the Chocolate Factory, both of which were quite fun."

"Really loved this hotel! It's super conveniently located, just a 10-minute drive from the Penguin Parade, so you can head straight back to relax after watching the penguins. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming during check-in. Our room was spacious and very clean, and we could even smell a pleasant scent when we first walked in. The little garden in front of the room was also a lovely touch. We had a wonderfully comfortable stay! Highly recommend it!"

"Our first time to do self check in, the instructions given were clear and easy to follow.
We arrived late and didn't see a single staff during our stay. Yet, the staff replying our queries through emails were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
The room is spacious and clean, not fancy but comfortable. Hot water was running a bit slow for the last person to take a shower. Otherwise, it was perfect.
The location is great, within walking distance to the restaurants and shops, or a 2 min. drive. There is a children's park outside the hotel and the kids enjoyed it very much. The beach view is also spectacular."

"Room was big enough for my family of 3, Clean, toiletries provided is enough. 2 big beds and comfortable. Big TV, room at ground level, balcony can open and walk out to car park. Room doesn’t much have programme and need guests to sign in acct, which is not friendly to customers. Hotel location infront of sea, walking to distance to town centre just behind the hotel."

"There aren't many hotel options on Phillip Island, and this resort was booked far in advance with a non-refundable policy, so it wasn't cheap, costing over 1000. However, the resort was quite basic. There were no blackout curtains, which was a real drawback, and the pipes made noise, indicating poor soundproofing. If you have other choices, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. However, Phillip Island itself is highly recommended! Although we didn't get to see the penguin parade, we did spot some little penguins at Nobbies Centre."

I like especially toilet with heater light that ease our chill in winter day.
It comes with basic but it is fine for us as we just put a night after penguin parade.
I have no time to go to beach and check on other amenities.
Overall it is good place for a short trip"

When we rang the doorbell at the B&B, the old lady who owned the B&B complained that we didn't use the passcode they sent us to open the door by ourselves. I think it's a problem with trip.com. Our room is on the second floor, with two bedrooms side by side, and a shared kitchen and living room outside. The room is clean and comfortable. Each room has a balcony with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, there was a power outage at night, supposedly due to a thunderstorm. You can check out by yourself, just leave the key in the room.

jojostar1This hotel exceeded my expectations. Both the room facilities and the outdoor areas were incredibly tidy and clean. The bathroom was spacious with great water pressure, the bath towels were new, and both the mattress and pillows were very comfortable and felt new. The sheets and pillowcases were also new, and there was no strange odor in the room. The air conditioning provided good warmth, and there was even a small backyard. I think the price was quite reasonable, far better than those places that look good but turn out to be nothing special.

The door lock is difficult to open, but the room is well equipped. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas and is connected to the bedroom and corridor. The open kitchen is large and suitable for cooking. The terrace is also large and has a clothes dryer.

刘The location is good, the room size is OK, and the facilities are a little older than the other apartments in this trip. The shortcoming is that the apartment front desk is outside the two intersections. You need to drive in the past to pick up the keys and come back. There is also a room on the third floor, and it is a little difficult to carry heavy luggage.

The location is great, right by the beach. The apartment is new and has a swimming pool. The only inconvenience is that the check-out is too early; you have to check in at 3 pm and check out at 10 am. Otherwise, it's great.
