"Standard room, came with amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, body cream, shower cap and cotton wipes). Room has a microwave, kettle and fridge. Dual system heater. Very clean room. Location is ~20 minute hilly walk from train station, local taxi service and bus available. ~10 minute walk from grand clifftop hike. Staff very friendly. Only downside is it can be a bit loud, you able able to hear cars start and people talking."

"The location is close to transport and the Main Street , where lovely cafe and restaurants are. They also have a top class restaurant also. The set up with the vintage look giving a wonderful experience, as if travel back in time. Staff were wonderful and the room was fantastic and romantic ."

"The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the Echo Lookout Point and offering beautiful views of the surrounding area. Unfortunately, due to rainy and cloudy weather during our stay, we were unable to fully enjoy the sunrise and sunset views. I arrived after the front desk had closed, but the hotel had thoughtfully arranged a smooth self-check-in process, which was very convenient. One issue occurred after dinner when we returned to our room and discovered that the bathroom door was locked and could not be opened. We used the assistance button near the hotel entrance to contact the night support operator. She was very helpful and kindly provided us with a spare room key so we could use another bathroom while the issue was being resolved. We continued trying different methods to unlock the bathroom door and eventually succeeded by using a sharp object in the keyhole mechanism. Thankfully , we managed to open it ourselves; otherwise, we would have had to walk across to the opposite room to use the bathroom in the cold weather. Despite this unexpected inconvenience, I appreciate the prompt assistance provided by the night support staff. The excellent location and responsive service made the stay a generally positive experience. UVUV"

"This was the most hostel-ly hostel I’ve ever stayed at. Truly a blast to the past. It was about a 15/20 minute walk to the sisters lockout. The walk back is up a hill, but there is a bus. I thought it was cute that there was a movie on at 8pm every night, and you can request/suggest a film using the form at reception. My only suggestion is adding some plug sockets next to each bunkbed."

"The motel is a few minutes' drive from the Three Sisters lookout point. Friendly welcome at check-in. The room facilities are good (fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, tea, coffee, coffee cups with coffee spoons, microwave). Unfortunately, dessert plates and other cutlery are missing, so the microwave cannot be used."

"I booked this hotel for our 5-year anniversary, as we thought it would be a lovely place to celebrate, with a nice location, great views, and the chance to enjoy dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. Since only garden-view rooms were available on Trip.com, we booked one, and I also mentioned in the notes that it was for our anniversary. While we weren’t expecting an upgrade, we were disappointed to find our room’s “view” was almost completely blocked by a large tree. For a special occasion, I had hoped for at least a small gesture or a nicer placement of the room. The restaurant staff were friendly, but it was clear they struggled when things got busy, which affected the overall dining experience. Finally, at checkout, we weren’t even asked how our stay was, which left us feeling undervalued as guests. For what was meant to be a memorable anniversary, the experience fell short of expectations."

"We knew beforehand that the building was over 100 years old, so our expectations perfectly matched reality. There's even a special charm to it – the smell of antiquity, creaky floors, fireplaces, and retro furniture. The room is quite small, but the bed is comfortable, and there's parking available. The complimentary continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise."

"This motel is exactly what it said online. Convenient and quiet location to go to the Scenic World and main towns in the Blue Mountains area. Very friendly staff at reception upon arrival. Spacious and clean room and facilities. We had a very cozy stay, thank you!"

"The location is close to the Three Sisters Peak, but it is far away from the lively urban area. It is not convenient for eating and shopping. However, the advantage is that it has an unparalleled window view. After a tiring day, you can check in and rest directly, and have breakfast directly at the hotel. The dinner was also quite delicious. I rested leisurely in the room the next morning before checking out. The bathroom equipment was quite complete and of high quality. In short, it completely met the quality I expected when I spent a lot of money to book a room."
