"Das Zimmer hatte eine gute grösse. Was sehr aufgefallen ist war die Aussicht auf die unberührten Berge. Ebenfalls war das Zimmer sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Das Spa war gut ausgestattet mit verschiedenen Massagedüsen und Saunas, welche ebenfalls sehr zu einem entspannten Wocheende beigetragen haben. Ein Highlight ist ganz klar das Panorama Restaurant Alpensand welches eine der besten Pizzen servierte die wir je geniessen durften."

"Excellent service, value and very kind staff. Room was perfect, with bath tub, andsuper clean. Right next to train station and within walking distance to grocery stores. Chur itself is our favorite place in Switzerland, quite unexpectedly so, but it’s really peaceful, with lots of amazing hiking trails suitable for kids, mountain toboggan, and cable car! We like it more than the more touristy Grindelwald region. No crowds and people are so kind and friendly here."

"It was a nice place with a fantastic reception staff member who were very helpful. I saved 50 euro because of their suggestions on using the free bus service to old town, the restaurants and the station when I was leaving. A genuine attempt to help get the best of Chur.
The fridge and coffee machine didn't work. I plugged the coffee machine to different power pointsvand it still didnt work! I mentioned it to the reception staff, hope they found the cause.
Ask for the panoramic room upgrade. It's a great room with amazing typical 'swiss' views outside the large windows"

It is very convenient to walk to ⋯ in 7-8 from Chur Railway Station!
The hotel is very clean and tidy, it is Swiss standard, a good stay experience!

Pay attention when booking, some rooms do not have bathroom equipment, that is, shared bathroom!
This time I didn't pay attention when I booked the room. I realized when I checked in. Fortunately, there is still a suite, so I will increase the price immediately!

It’s just 3 mins walk from Altstadt station (request to stop station), and close to old town. Spacious room, I like the breakfast very much, Bio food, self-boiling eggs, etc

Super praise, the train station walked for a few minutes, all flat luggage. The room is small but the layout is reasonable. Living in the room on the fifth floor, the slope roof, there are three roof windows that can be pushed open, and you can see the snowy mountains outside. The breakfast included is also delicious and the restaurant is well arranged.

The hotel was well located, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with one receptionist on the morning of December 30. We asked if our room could be cleaned as it was very dusty, but she responded aggressively, saying we should have informed them upon arrival. Her tone made us feel as though we were asking for a free stay rather than a standard service, and she came across as quite rude. Aside from this incident, the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was nice

Hotel staff was really welcoming and helpful. Service was impeccable, room was spacious, clean, quiet, with balcony and with mini bar included. Sauna/hammam was a relaxing moment after a ski day and a great option when weather is not great. Breakfast buffet was amazing, with a large variety of food. Shuttle bus service super helpful as the hotel is abit remote from ski télécabine and train station.

Hotel liegt neben der Autobahn Ausfahrt, Zimmer ist ok wenig Platz, schmales Badezimmer, keinen Kühlschrank,ohne minibar.
Restaurant is durchschnittlich, Auswahl ziemlich System Küche überteuert.
Frühstück sparsam wenig Auswahl, für den Zimmer Preis. Parkplatz ok .

Guest UserEverything was good but their breakfast time Indian waitress on 30th May was very rude. She ordered me like a boss with bad hand gesture to take the tray to the station where I just stand up after finishing my breakfast. This was not acceptable and very unpleasant for me. Will not recommend to have a breakfast at this hotel because of their rude Indian waitress.

I chose to rest in the town of Chur for one night and take the glacier train to Zermatt the next day. It was a good choice. Chur was quiet and fresh. I accidentally discovered a century-old chocolate shop and a 50-year-old glassware shop.
The hotel is very convenient, a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room is large and comfortable, and you can see the beautiful scenery by opening the window
