When I went back to the front desk, the night shift had been replaced by someone who completely couldn't speak English??? The lobby is tucked away inside, sharing the entrance with West Car Rental. They have a left/right sign, but the left side leads to the guest rooms, while the lobby is actually on the right. In the sweltering heat, this is very inconvenient for tourists with suitcases. Couldn't they have put up an arrow to indicate this? Other rooms are fine, over-priced is normal here."
