"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. The staff were mostly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any request. My room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, but there were some red stain in my bed sheet which is extremely gross. The location was also perfect, close to shops, dover port, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around easy."

"The room is in a good location, and I can see the white cliffs directly from my room The service is ridiculously bad. I checked my bag in on the first day, and then on the second day I asked the front desk if they could help me check out. They directly said: you are not our guest anymore😅😅😅.
