"Staff were very friendly at the hotel and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The hotel is coneveniently located across from shops and restaurants. The hotel's beach front was also much nicer than neighbording hotels with a good stretch of sand up front."

"Had a lovely couple of days stay for my birthday. I checked in around 12am and was terrified that my booking would be cancelled, but the front desk was so calm and friendly and checked us in with no issues. The staff were wonderful and friendly. My favourite part is how close the beach is, you step outside of your building, and you’re on the beach. 100% would stay again."

"I was beyond impressed with the quality service my husband and I received at Travellers. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a pleasant and efficient young lady at the front desk. We were a bit early so our room was not quite ready but not to worry we could hang by the in house restaurant to pass the time and have a walk around the property. Upon our return to the front desk we were escorted to our room which was exceptionally clean with crisp white linens and a spotless bathroom. Immediately I felt a sense of relief as we were not quite sure what to expect. We opted to include breakfast in our booking and was quite happy with that choice, the chef was spot on in the ackee and saltfish Jamaican breakfast. Travellers is right on the 7 mile beach so we had access to all the offerings and then some. On Wednesday night guests of the hotel were treated to the Manager's Cocktail Reception, the Guest Relations Manager was quite eloquent in her welcome and made us feel quite special. The guest performer who played the flute was exceptional in his rendition of Jamaican reggae tunes, we quite enjoyed this ...kudos to Travellers for thinking about their guest in this manner. I highly recommend this boutique hotel, the standards here are quite high. This will definitely be my go to hotel on my return to Negril."

"I usually come here with my family and this has been one of the worst experiences EVER!! The guest services at the front desk was very insulting with asking me if the person I came with is a part of my party! When asked for more towels I got the wrong set and also when I went to get it myself there was an extra wait time as none was on property. The bartender had a disgusting attitude I could puke my drink with his non friendliness, definitely will turn guests away. When checking out the way they were going on about their second key I’m like do they really think I would want to keep their second key the other person was on the beach when I was checking out and the way the guy at the front desk made it seem like I would like their key was SUCH a turnoff!!!! I WILLL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. The servers at breakfast and dinner were nice and as always a big shoutout to the lifeguards!! The hospitality never changes when we stay here amongst them! The entire front desk needs to be FIRED and that bartender!"

"I enjoyed the location, the customer service was great at the dining area and the front desk. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The veranda area had tables and chairs with Sun lounge with views to the garden and the pool."

"attempted to rip me off to stay during the storm, first, they never returned my messages about getting stuck in Jamaica. so i came the office 2 times with no resolution. So Icall them the night before I check out at 6-7pm, and they say Sorry we can't offer you a room! So I try to leave and fly out, and LONG story short, I come back PRIOR to my check out time 9am - to regroup and find shelter. So they come and say - ok we have a room- I think they will do it at the same or less rate I paid... ohhh no - they tried to charge me 200 American per night!!!!"

"I stayed two nights in the one bedroom apartment. The hotel is quite dated, and apparently shares occupancy with two other hotels so beware of that during booking. Easy beach access, a great gift shop with snacks, souvenirs, etc. The service is kind, friendly, and honest. Would probably stay again in another room type."

"Experience was not bad but due to covid19 some of the restaurants were close, liquor was not the best, food was sub-par. I had a decent time because I was with my friends and we had a swim out pool so we basically hang out there for our stay. Would go bk but only after covid when everything is back to normal."
