"An excellent hot spring hotel tucked away in a quiet village. Don’t let its secluded location mislead you though; access to the area is convenient and easy, whether you’re coming from western or eastern Japan. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The room was a lovely, traditional Japanese-style room with an excellent view of the adjacent stream and small valley. Perhaps most importantly, the hot springs themselves are just wonderful. The quality of the water is excellent and the tubs are comfortable and offer lovely views over the valley. Perhaps my favourite moment was soaking in the outdoor baths after dinner, under the gentle glow of the hanging lanterns, with the sound of the bubbling river below. Perfect! Would 100% stay again."

"Located right next to the Ure River, with a nice view from the room. As it has only 5-6 rooms, it is pretty exclusive. You can use their 2 hotspring baths privately for 45mins each time, or you can take a short walk over to their 2 sister hotels for bigger hotspring baths. This is the only hotel in the Hazu Group that serves Medicinal Cuisine. As the hotel seems to be converted from a traditional old house, the stairways can be cramped and not suitable for bringing large suitcases, so just pack a small bag and leave the suitcase downstairs or in the car. Had a relaxing time there."

"I always stay here the night before when I go on a trip. It's not a hot spring, but there is a large communal bath with artificial radium springs, so you can get rid of your tiredness. It feels like a stable route inn without any inconvenience with breakfast."

"Hotel is amazing. We stayed for one night, got a sea of experiences. The room was very spacious, composed of two rooms. One room was with a lovely forest and mountain river! The room had hot and cold water thermos, two types of tea and a set for cooking. A set of clothes (yuccats, socks). A refrigerator, air conditioner, cleaner or air moisturizer. In the evening, while we had dinner, we were locked up in bed, asleep as killed) Kayseki's dinner is amazing, very diverse tastes, have eaten up to the descent, if honestly. Breakfast was also very saturated! Hot sources are very pleasant, only 3 species, of which 1 in the fresh air. The only thing that one was very hot for me, I couldn't even get in it, but here in the others sat with pleasure. The hosts of the hotel are very pleasant, sweet, met us, drank tea with sweets, showed where you can walk and lunch (we arrived earlier). The village itself is very picturesque, it is pleasant to walk around the district!"

"Very beautiful and ancient house, stunning dinner and breakfast, hospitality managers. When the settlement was given a detailed instruction in English on all interesting issues, they took a tour of the house. The room is very comfortable and beautiful, the bathroom on the balcony helps relax and rest at any time of the day. Both general Onsens work on rotation and will be private for you for 40 minutes. The room has everything necessary for comfortable accommodation, including special socks. The dinner was accompanied by comments on the composition and regional features of each dish and ingredient, which was particularly interesting. A total of five rooms in the house, which allows you to enjoy nature, silence and plunge into culture. Despite a fairly remote location from large cities, the most beautiful nature, mountains and rivers, to which you can go straight from the territory, completely overlap small inconveniences related to logistics. It is also worth noting that we were taken and taken to the station at the chosen time."
