"4 day stay with half board New structure but with shortcomings in management and organization (see photo of the room, bathroom access with a wardrobe to prevent access and exit, see the key given to guests with a plastic label, see the reception scrambling in a room) Guest catering to be reviewed entirely Ordering via SMS if you arrive and if you arrive the waiter asks on the fourth evening what room you are and does not find the assigned table that changes from evening to evening unseasoned side dishes barely satisfactory room management confused with dishes that come out without a destination table waiters who sometimes wander aimlessly Minimalist breakfast the pantry of an Italian house is better stocked However the structure and the desire of the staff has excellent potential and room for improvement if only they were better organized Thanks anyway for hosting us"

"I was very pleased with this hotel; the rooms are clean and spacious with large bathrooms. The owners are lovely and, if you have time, they love to show you around the countless exotic plants in their vast garden. A highlight is the pool, which is always a pleasure at the end of the day. One thing I was happy about (against waste) was remembering that if you opened a window, the air conditioning would go on standby and start up again when the windows were closed. Excellent."

We had to extend the stay and Mr Gennaro's manager immediately found us a room available.
