Hotel Alcazar ★★★

"This hotel has zero empathy and humanity, refusing to cancel a reservation that included a cancellation policy, admittedly two days past due to a miscarriage requiring hospitalization. Even after presenting the necessary documentation, they offered no alternative and simply refused to cancel. While they were certainly within their rights, their actions leave much to be desired as human beings."
