"We traveled along the Golden Ring and stayed for 2 nights. We lived in a suite with a sauna on the 8th floor (we warmed ourselves in it for 2 evenings, a nice option). The room is clean, very interesting design - a mixture of American country style, Russian hut and European modernity, all the necessary items are present, the maids and reception are responsive and work quickly. The breakfasts are decent, there is a choice, a nuance - the line of dishes is somehow... a bit cramped, or something, And I didn’t find fried bacon for the eggs :) I dined at this restaurant - the food is beautiful and tasty, the prices for this level are slightly lower than our Moscow ones, the portions are small . The restaurant is popular, there are many visitors by appointment. On the second evening we had dinner at the Dublin pub (not far from the hotel) - a great place, I don’t advertise it, I recommend it. The parking lot is full, we had to make a couple of circles around the hotel to park the car, there is a constant traffic jam on Bubnova Street, the streets are unclean, the traffic in the city is organized terribly - this is NOT a complaint against the hotel, but since it is located in this chaos - I recommend taking these nuances into account. Overall, I recommend visiting, the holiday was a success."

"Junior suite with sauna (booked in June for August 5). 2nd floor. Wonderful view of the parking lot and the barn - never mind, I just want to spend the night. There is a huge stain on the floor, the floor itself (covered with carpet) is wet and sticky (they tried to wash it, apparently). Walking is disgusting, brrr.. Give me, I think, I’ll use slippers! Slippers - in photography. Yes! 9 thousand Russian rubles per night"

"We don't stop for the first time. Everything is comfortable. The place is quite quiet, next to the center, shops. There is only 2 floors in the hotel. No elevator. Breakfast is held on the first floor next to the reception. You can choose several dishes on the menu, baking, drinks available. The rooms are spacious, clean, there is a refrigerator, TV, safe, air conditioner. A comfortable bathroom. Some rooms go out to the yard and some out to the street. It is not very comfortable, especially on the 1st floor, as the windows are almost from the floor to the ceiling and they go out to the street. The street is quiet though, but when the curtains are open, you feel like aquarium. Also, after lunch there is the sun on this side. It was almost all the time to be with the closed curtains. But, in principle, it is not tense because almost no room was in the afternoon. It would be nice to glue the windows, though half, with a mat film. Price/quality is excellent."

From the first minutes, they met with a smile, were very kind and attentive, helped with the accommodation and did everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The room is perfectly clean, everything is neat and careful. You can see that the staff is very responsible for their work. I would like to note separately how the hotel itself has transformed. It has become modern, comfortable and stylish, while maintaining a pleasant atmosphere. Being here really comfortable. "I experienced the service of that so-called hotel in mid-October. It was a sort of hospitality business St. Bartholomew Day outrage I'll never forget! This is a drab Soviet-time nine-storey grey concrete behemoth, to start with. Practically everything was wishy-washy there. The unwelcoming, stone-faced check-in procedure, the hardly working equipment in the room, the stenching, buzzing A/C, the horrendous sound insulation, the scarce sub-par breakfast, some nasty teeny-weeny creatures in the shabby wardrobe. Their room service was irregular and any old how too. Ick! Dangerous for your health and self-esteem!"
