"Excellent hotel. Good Services. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Dinner & Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near to Naran Main Bazaar, Jheel Saiful Maloom, Lalazar, Batakundi where you want to go in Naran Valley. I would recommend to friends & family, and will definitely stay again if Im back in NARAN. Recommended 10/10"

"Best hotel in Muzaffarabad by a mile. But service was slow at breakfast and perfunctory. Did not feel fully engaging. Drains need cleaning out as slight smell from bathrooms. Inadequate leisure facilities abused by children in gym even though sign says under 15's not allowed. It was noisy and congested into 3 rooms for everything! Snooker hall, table tennis, carrot, ludo and gym."

"hasnain resort is situated on the hill. it is a quiet place as there are only 9 rooms. we were the only guests then. panoramic view of the city is fantastic. chirpping sound of birds at dawn is a lovely wake up call. there is no restaurant at the resort so the staff ordered delicious dishes from a restaurant near by for us. we had breakfast in the garden while enjoying the view and fresh air. It is awesome. staff are very enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. the service is superb. thank you TKC journeys for booking this place for us... a wonderful hideaway. "

"The hotel manager confirmed pre-paid booking on phone but upon arrival negated same and told to pay in cash thus creating embarrassment. The standard room was actually a shared room with no acoustics standards and a room in two bed mini apartment, should have been mentioned that way in description. Rest it was ok for a short halt."
