CHC Sound of the Sea
"The Hotel is very quiet. We realy hear the sound of the Sea. It's very near the harfbour and the city of Pigadia. We enjoyed to stay at the pool area and to have daily amazing lunch and dinner. The rates at the snack bar are cheaper than in Pigadia. The staff is very good and they are very friendly with all guests"
Aegean Village Beachfront Resort
"I wasn't staying at the hotel, but visited the spa and used its services. I was so satisfied with the quality of the products and the expertise of the practitioner that felt compelled to write about it and share my experience. The spa room was clean and minimally decorated, dimly illuminated which added to the sense of relaxation. Julia, the practitioner was knowledgeable and informative, a bright girl who made me trust her and relax. The massage oils and scrub products smelled refreshingly and not too intensely or greasy, which was also a bonus point for me. Being a local of the island, I will definitely revisit!"
Atlantis Hotel
"This is a hotel of such timeless character and comfort. Its central location is ideal for walking locally. And the staff are of great character too, as well so helpful. I just loved staying there. Pigadia (Karpathos) itself has to be in the Top 10 of harbour landscapes."
Albatros
"It was a fabulous stay. The staff is very friendly and considerate. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Aegean Village. From the moment we stepped into the hotel enjoyed the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel itself is located at the Amoopi bay - it feels calm and peaceful in this wonderful nature. We would absolutely visit the hotel again. Thank your for the marvellous time and memories."
Althea Boutique Hotel - Adults Only
"Nice location , comfortable room, clean , great stuff"
Cavo Marelia
"Cavo Marelia has a splendid view, varied breakfast and super friendly staff. Nice lunches are served at the pool. Highly recommended when you want to spend your holidays in Karpatos. Also the owner of the hotel is very kind and shows honest concern for her guests. Although the parking lot seems small, there is a parking lot in front of the hotel."
Bluu Bahari Hotel
"We stayed at Bluu Bahari for a week in mid-June, we had a great time! The owners and all the staff are always kind and available to satisfy any need! It's a shame that the great, high-level Saverio Scef arrived on the last days of our holiday but nevertheless we managed to enjoy his delicious dishes! We will definitely be back! Thanks Ps. spectacular sunsets!"
Lemon Tree House
"Expecting much more for the money we paid; no shower gel available in the bathroom. Room was small with a small balcony looking at a narrow dead end street.Breakfast was basic;no fresh orange juice provided and little variety of fruit and vegetables. There was no wi-fi connection in the room though it was included in the amenities. Narrow staircase leading to the rooms and no elevator for those carrying heavy luggage. Hotel is located in the heart of Pigadia but parking nearby is another issue as the roads around it are very narrow."

Poseidon Blue Gastronomy Hotel
"My room was really nice with a great view over the sea. The staff was very friendly and competent, and the food was delicious. I have always wanted to go to Greece on a beach holiday and this hotel was all I dreamed for. I can only recommend staying here"
Thalassa Suites
"We have been trying for years to find a nice place to stay in Karpathos close to windsurfing sites in Afiartis but somehow we were never happy. Thalassa changed everything. It is clean, modern, cozy ,and roomy with tasty decorations and beautiful landscaping. It is conveniently located next to Anemos bar and the ION windsurfing centre. Manolis the owner is extremely helpful and this has to be one of the best accommodations in the island."
Konstantinos Palace
"Our stay at Konstantino Palace was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious, relaxing, and beautifully curated. The hotel has the perfect balance between elegance and authentic Greek island charm. The views are breathtaking, especially during sunset, and the location is ideal for enjoying the beauty of Karpathos. The rooms were spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with attention to every little detail. What truly made this experience special was the hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was peaceful, and every corner of the hotel felt picture-perfect. If you’re looking for a stylish and relaxing getaway in Greece, Konstantino Palace is definitely a place worth experiencing."
Almi Luxury Rooms
"We are staying 12 days. Food and rooms are wonderful. Service at the restaurant and housekeeping- impeccable. A very negative experience at the beach has very much tainted our trip. We feel unwelcome. We were told at check in we had an assigned pair of beach chairs, but if we wanted we could pick a beach chair, whichever worked for us. It would be assigned for our stay. That evening we went for our swim and next to our assigned chairs was a very intoxicated person. The next day we requested a chair in the middle of the hotel chair area, far from the original seats. The guy at the beach said ok but to be prepared to leave at any time if other guests come. We complied with this. This morning he raised his voice at me and my son when I requested to take more central chairs. He non stop kept interrupting me. I tried to explain we didn’t mind not being in the first row, we would take any chairs- we just wanted to be in the middle of hotel guests. When I explained what I was told at check in, he responded “I don’t care”, and proceeded to interrupt again and raise his voice. Instead of simply asking the check in person or a manager for help. I understand his work may be difficult, and maybe we were misinformed- but the way he responded to a request was incredibly unprofessional. If I had been one of the big 1.85m men in my family, I doubt he would have spoken to me this way. Instead he terrified my little kid. I had to ask him to lower his voice and be polite in front of my son. Even worse- after we went to the beach chairs he told us to take, he came back and said we were in the wrong chairs again. Then he proceeded to tell us he is the boss of the chairs and he decides so he doesn’t need to discuss anything with anyone. In many other places, this man would not have been tolerated a day. Worst beach experience. I tried to find a manager to discuss this with. Spoke to two different employees, while requesting a manager, and they both insisted he is the reference for beach chairs and we have to comply. For the price you can have a much better experience in a Greek beach resort. Especially given the time one spends at the beach. Sadly everything else is wonderful. Especially the chef at the restaurant is up to par with 5-star resort chefs. That said, having stayed in beach resorts in Asia, Hawaii, Cali, all over Europe, this is by far the worst beach experience."
Hotel Astron Princess
"We spent our 8-day and 7-night holiday here in Karpathos. I would like to start by saying that the staff in the building is very kind and willing to answer any questions you have, both with regard to the stay in the building, as well as with regard to the island and its beaches. I thank the girl who was present since the afternoon, because she gave us a lot of helpful advice and made us feel like at home. Breakfast is excellent, with very high quality ingredients (Greek yoghurt was spectacular), but you might think of another place where to do it, being a little tight, but for the rest it is perfect. Our room, a junior suite with sea view, was divided into 2 rooms, a living room with a sofa bed, and a main room with two single beds. The bathroom was equipped with bathroom and was not light, but it was not a problem. We also had two single terraces, one per room, with table, chairs and a wire with sticks to hang out costumes, towels, etc. We also had a small kitchen with a washing room, a spacious refrigerator and glasses, boxes and dishes, and a pool on the back of the hotel with free beds and parasols. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the center of Pigadia with a quick walk. You can also reach the beach through a quick 2-minute path. This family-run hotel advises anyone who comes to Karpathos, because it deserves."
Hotel Finiki View
"The kindest and warmest old Greek couple run this cozy, relaxed and comfortable hotel. Its rooms are clean, airy and authentic. The hosts answer to your every need with a smile and great enthusiasm. Maria and Panagiotis are both so friendly and make you feel at home instantly. "
Istia Luxury Villas
"excellent structure. new clean and in panoramic position. very recommended breakfast. l owners are beautiful people that will make you feel like at home. the pool is fabulous. all services are at top. difficult to find more beautiful places on the island of Karphatos"
Arkasa Bay Hotel
"Arkasa Bay offered more comfort, more space and more of a welcome in comparison with most other Greek island hotels that we have stayed at. We see this reflected in reviews by other guests as well. Breakfasts were tailored to people's requests. Rooms were cleaned every day. The hotel is small enough that it feels homely. You often see cats roaming around the terrace but they tend to shy away from guests and are fed discretely out of view. The nearest sandy beach is 10 minutes away, where you can enjoy a lunch or drinks at the nearby Glaros restaurant. For evening meals, we had the choice of several affordable restaurants close by, with Kipos being the best in our opinion. The only downside to Arkasa seemed to be impractical bus timetables if you didn't own a car. An excursion to Olympos is highly recommended."
Dilina Studios
Merita trascorrerci una vacanza Located just outside the center of Arkasa, very close to a supermarket and pharmacy in a quiet area, with a splendid view from the second floor, of the sea and its sunsets. Structure a bit dated, which would need some improvements to the bathroom and in particular to the shower, but otherwise extremely clean, with daily change of sheets and towels. The room has a kitchenette with fridge and sink and table with chairs. Large and comfortable double bed. Large wardrobe with key safe. The terrace with table and armchairs is pleasant. The lady who does the honors of the house, always friendly, smiling and helpful. It deserves a vacation "

"We had an amazing experience at Arpathea Villas! We stayed at Villa I, the view was absolutely breathtaking and made the whole experience even more special. The customer service was excellent — everyone was so friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Everything was excellent from start to finish and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!"
