"We had a very comfortable stay even with a large group of eight! It was very clean, quiet, and spacious, and it was great! Even if you have fun with friends, you won't have to worry about disturbing others as long as you're indoors and don't make too much noise. I don't think loud parties are a good idea, though. The only thing that bothered me was that if you have a lot of cars, you can only park two cars downstairs, so while it's great that the contracted parking is free, it can be a bit of a walk on rainy days... As long as you arrange for friends to drop off and pick up each other up and down, it's not a problem, and there's a supermarket nearby that's open late, so it's convenient for shopping, so it's definitely a place I'd like to use again!
