We did enjoy our swimming at infinity swimming pool with amazing sunset view. The room was so beautiful with aesthetic ambiance. Staff served us amazing hospitality with warm welcome and generous smile. The facilities were top notch with full satisfactions. We enjoyed our sunbath a garden at resort and we have great food and drinks. My family definitely appreciated all the luxury and service oriented resort. "This is a delightful hotel in a convenient location, close to the lake, the dam where the path up to the World Peace Pagoda starts, and to restaurants and shops. The rooms are bright, clean and comfortable and breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. We were particularly impressed by the way the hotel is managed. We arrived on 30 December, when Pokhara’s street festival was in full swing. Although it was great to take part in it, the manager said he suspected we might appreciate quiet rooms at the back of the hotel. He was right - and we enjoyed lovely mountain views at sunset from our balconies, which was a real bonus. The manager also arranged taxis for us and agreed rates with the drivers. We were very grateful for his care and attention to detail."

"The hotel is absolutely amazing, so happy to stay in and we hope to stay more days but as we’ve planned the next day. There was a beautiful and spacious backyard overlooking the stunning view of the Himalayas. The bed was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on clouds. There was also a handful of activities to do such as badminton, snookers, dart, and much more. The receptionist was very kind and let us try out a lot of those activities. The food is good and the room is well maintained and cleaned. Will recommend to more friends and hope to stay in again next time."

"Breathtaking location with a view of the Annapurna range, away from the hustle bustle. Gorgeous sunrise and sunset views, highly recommend for a staycation. But, amenities are limited and cleanliness could be better. We checked into the room and went to explore the property for about 30 minutes. On returning found a rat in the bathroom. Hotel staff did give us a change of room, but seeing a rat in your room on the first night of a vacation is not the experience you want. Service was good, breakfast spread is very nice, but other food options could be better."

"The Hotel claims to be 4 Star, but it barely deserves 3 star. Room too small, with a little window to see the outside. The bathroom has only a single bulb in the ceiling, not enough light for shaving. The glass partition separating the shower area is not a sliding type and water seeps through to the commode area. Insufficient hangers for clothes.."
