"Stayed for one night including breakfast Nice room although not big. Nice small-ish balcony overlooking the sea. Very pleasant. Nice pool area but can get busy with small children and was very very windy as is high up. Note that the car park is small so we had to use the alternative parking area, and had climb many many steps with all of our luggage!!! Dinner was fish, which was excellent - but we had to wait well over an hour to get it!!! Nice salads, even they took over an hour to arrive!! Breakfast was good Nice staff"

"Hotel Skanderbeg is a very nice hotel, with a welcoming staff, clean rooms , pool and beach. We booked all inclusive, and are satisfied. My kids enjoyed the pool . The hotel, pool and beach are not crowded, you can relax and enjoy. Rooms and small but clean, smell good. There are toiletries . 👍 i totally recommend this place👍"

"I was the President and CEO of 2 startup companies in the United States. I had to travel, almost every week at one point over my 40 year career. I stayed in low-end budget hotels when we were just starting out and moved up in comfort as our company became successful. I think the Nava Star hotel will be one of my favorites. As an architectural student almost 50 years ago, the first thing I notice are buildings. What a spectacular design, standing out among the more vanilla buildings along the boardwalk. The room was also well appointed, simple yet really comfortable. Totally Relaxing facing the sea! Now let me share why this will be one of my favorites. First, I stubbed my toe and it was bleeding quite a lot. A waiter came up with the first aid kit. They immediately sent up the Housekeeping Manager and one of her colleagues to clean up the room. That is real service, particularly when you are unexpectedly hurt. The second reason, again, was Nava Sta service. I left a shirt and hoodie in the closet when I checked out. And, I was already at the airport hotel, leaving early the next morning. I called the hotel, they found the articles and sent them up via taxi, the next time someone was going to the Airport. You go on vacation to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I am not sure I thought about it before, how important going the extra mile when you have an accident, or leave something behind. They checked all the boxes and more, I highly recommend the hotel and their staff. What a great place to relax and enjoy the sea! I would definitely go back (and hopefully it will be less eventful :) Jim"

"This hotel is lovely and very clean but is a long way out of town. It is on the main road to Durres - this is not a problem if you arrive during the day and are happy to get the public bus or a taxi into the city. However, do take care should you arrive late as there are no shops open (so bring food with you and drinks) and it the pavements are rubble - so walking can be hazardous. If you have a car it’s a great option. The hotel owners were very lovely and helpful. Bottles of water and a kettle in the room would be great."

"The hotel was clean and hygienic, and the room was tidy. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. Especially the somewhat heavier-set man at the front desk was very unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable. It's a shame, because a friendly welcome makes a big difference. Unfortunately, I won't be returning."
