"We were heading up to Owen Sound for a funeral and given that it was winter, we figured it would make sense to go up the night before. First off, they called the day before to see if we had dinner plans (a nice touch) but we said we wouldn't likely be there until later in the evening. Since the front desk officially closes at 8:00pm, I called to let them know that we would arrive after 8:00 and they walked me through the process and when we got there, they were so accommodating and when we asked about the hot tub, they were again very helpful. The room came with breakfast provided and what a breakfast - I had the blueberry pancakes and my wife had the avocado toast - just wonderful. We aren't really winter people but there were people cross-country skiing on the golf course and there are other things to do. We loved that they had Netflix in the room and we just chilled. Wonderful people and wonderful hotel. Highly recommended."

"The location is excellent, right on the main road, with several restaurants nearby, and not far from supermarkets and gas stations. Check-in was convenient, and the staff were friendly. Free parking was also convenient; you could park directly in front of the room, making it easier to retrieve luggage. The room was relatively clean, and clean towels were provided. However, the air conditioner was quite noisy, and the room was a bit dirty. The price-performance ratio is average, roughly equivalent to a 200 RMB room in China."
