"Property was advertised as 2 x king and one king pullout bed. We were 3 singles checking in. When we checked in only the 2 kings were made up and no linen for the pullout. When we requested linen we eventually received a reply and were told that the king pullout "does not really work" and its for families with kids to use. This was not clear on booking. Eventually mismatched linen was dumped in the apartment which we did not end up using as the bed would not pull out easily and was in very poor shape."
