I’m very happy with the choice I made and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is similar in needing a nice place to unwind and rest. The lady at the front desk when I arrived later at night was very friendly too. Easy trip to Crater Lake from this hotel."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. The price seemed too high for comparable places. Our room was large and looked like it could accomodate a sofa, but only had a small chair. We asked to upgrade, but were told the rules we would have to do that through Trip.com and no effort was made to satisfy our request. Breakfast was better than average. One major problem was the AC/Heat unit which was very loud. We had to shut it off for the night so we could sleep."

They even offered us their vehicle to go out for dinner. The room was the cleanest motel room I have ever stayed in. They get 11 out of 10 for their lovely motel and customer service. I highly recommend the Golden West Motel and will stay there again"
