"Booked a pool-access room this time. The hotel is right by the pier on Koh Lipe, so close to the sea that the tide comes right up to the restaurant entrance. The room itself is quite new, and you can step out directly into the connecting pool. Adding an extra bed for a child cost 307 RMB (sofa bed + buffet breakfast), which was decent service. Right outside, to the right, are the pier and Koh Lipe's main shopping street. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit."

"Hotel is located right on the beach and convenient to walk to the walking street. Free breakfast with varieties daily. The bad side is there are a lot of mosquitoes, especially after sunset. Cannot have a full view of sunrise or sunset over the seas due to the location of hotel at the bay where east and west are mountain areas. Travel to sunset beach to have a nicer view on sunset instead."

"I stayed at Irene Resort Koh Lipe in two different room types. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool was disappointing for a hotel of this level – the water was warm and not very clean. The service was excellent, especially Mer at reception and Fahita in the dining room (hope I spelled her name correctly). Both were outstanding and very professional."

"The unbeatable sea view, simply incredible! A 180-degree panoramic view, the most beautiful sea view on Koh Lipe. Perfect for watching the sunrise. The room is a small cabin built on a cliff, spacious enough for a family of three. Breakfast is ordered and delivered to the room, and it's plentiful. The staff are warm and always smiling. From a hotelier's perspective, I'd give their service 100 points – truly commendable and worth learning from! The only downside: when the sun is strong, the air conditioning struggles to cool the room down, even when turned up full blast."

"This is a really great hotel. We had a family room, which is essentially one room that can be fully separated by glass doors and opaque curtains. It even has two air conditioners, which is super convenient. The breakfasts are delicious. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and it's a fantastic beach with excellent snorkeling. The parked boats aren't a bother at all; they're neatly arranged and don't depart very often. The hotel staff are responsive and friendly. Overall, if you're looking for a hotel, definitely consider this one."

"The ladies at the front desk were all so lovely and helpful, and the environment was great too! We occasionally found a small bug in our treehouse, but they handled it immediately after we reported it. We had a very comfortable stay."

"From Hat Yai, it's only 50 meters to the beach hotel. The tide rises to the hotel entrance at night, which is great. When you go into the water to the depth of your thigh, you can see corals, and coral fish 🐠 will come to bump into your calves, which is very interesting. The hotel is not very clean, the lighting is not very bright, the bed sheets are dark blue, and there are many mosquitoes."

"The price/quality ratio is excellent. The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel is located between two popular beaches (each is no more than a 5-minute walk away). SUP boards are available for free. The rooms are clean, as are the bed linens. We had some issues with the lighting in our room, but it was quickly resolved."

"We had a very lovely time at Casa de Lipe. We even got engaged here so we will certainly be coming back. Pros: The staff are the loveliest people on Planet Earth No loud music at any time, very quiet Sensational food and service, very smiley staff ready to help with anything Private beach is a real bonus The setting is fabulous. Among the rainforest and with the sound of the sea rocking you to sleep Epic sunsets Great breakfasts Cons (being really picky): The air con unit in our room was a bit loud The pool in our room (honeymoon villa) was a little bit smaller than I expected The decor could be updated We’ll be coming back here time and time again for sure. Thank you Casa de Lipe for making our time on Koh Lipe very memorable!"

"I liked this place, like grandma's in the village. The house looks cheerful, simple inside, but the air conditioning is excellent, the water heater works, the water pressure is good. 2 bottles of water every day. Excellent breakfast, delicious, a lot, appetizingly served! The location is right on the beach, a nice small pool, a view of the ocean at breakfast. Perfectly working Wi-Fi in the cafe area by the pool, calls, files, everything without problems. A good beach is 100 meters to the left, the bottom is sandy, there are fewer boats there."

"The service was really good. The best thing is that room has toilet inside even if they were shared rooms. The hostel was very clean and hospitable. Loved to stay! I will come back again. The pool was there too! What a cool hostel!"

"This is my 2nd time stay here. The hotel is very close to the jetty and night walk. Easy access to restaurants. We got new rooms as they are renovating the resort. I was disappointed with the breakfast. Food not replenish fast and the place not sufficient. The only table for us to sit for breakfast was under the sun and asked for the beach umbrella ti be plsced near the tsble but was denied but later was provided to others. Its ok as I hope the next visit there is sufficient shaded place for breakfast. I love the pool which is overseas the sea. Its a very good place to stay."
