"During the flight, I chose a hotel and the airport transfer was Alpha, which was truly great value for money. But what is most worthy of gratitude is the service attitude of all the hotel staff. A sudden lumbar disc herniation was extremely painful, and the hotel staff were enthusiastic to help. I ran to Palau to help buy the things I needed. I helped buy crutches, painkillers, and the pull-up towels I needed. There was also a service staff who was actually a Filipino physiotherapist who helped with rehabilitation physiotherapy and osteopathy. At the end of the flight, I was driven to the door because I had limited mobility. An extra aunt was specially sent to help. Really thoughtful. After we all left, the hotel management told me via WeChat what anti-slip materials I should use if I was worried about slipping. I was so touched that I will come back to thank all the staff in person. Thanks again 🙏"

"All the staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and happy to offer assistance, making our stay very comfortable and pleasant, truly like being at home. The hotel isn't located on the main street, it's quiet and chill, but it's not far from anywhere; everything is within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and offered beautiful sunset views. The breakfast was basic, but the taste was excellent, offering ********* hot dishes. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I had the chance to visit Palau!"

"Even when my flight was suddenly canceled, they kindly responded by messaging me in real time. There are many restaurants around, but there is a shared kitchen with everything you need, so you can buy ingredients and cook your own meals. There is a well-ventilated area just outside where you can dry your diving equipment, and it is covered so you can leave it there without worrying about sudden rain. If I come to Palau again, I will definitely use their services, and I will recommend them to my friends."

Unfortunately, the location of our room was not open and we could see the garden or pool; there were overgrown trees in front of the balcony, it didn't get much sunlight, and it smelled a bit moldy. It was convenient to have shopping, ATMs, and several restaurants nearby, but unfortunately the nearby Japanese restaurant was closed for renovations and we couldn't use it."

"Well, the location is okay, directly at the Main Street in Koror, with small shops, a shopping mall and food stores nearby. The Staff was very friendly & accommodating and the airport pickup service worked perfectly. The hotel itself is a bit dated, whilst the simple equipped Oceanview Room is spacious enough for two, but I doubt the ocean can be seen nicely on the lower floors. Overall it depends what are your expectations, if you are looking for a hotel to sleep, have breakfast and spend all day outside for diving, snorkeling, excursions, the hotel may be okay, but it’s a bit pricy for what you get. But if you are looking for a place to spend your day for relaxing & chilling at the pool / beach, it is definitely not the right place."

"Palau chose to stay in Bellman, which is a great choice. Location: Bellman is only about 5 minutes away from the city by car. There are also two convenience supermarkets within 5 minutes of walking. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. The hotel rooms are clean, spacious and bright, all with outdoor balconies. It was opened in May 2025 this year. The configuration is very new. The room is equipped with a small refrigerator and free snacks. During the stay, bottled water will be placed in the room every day, which is super considerate. The included breakfast is also rich and delicious, suitable for Chinese people's taste. It is suitable for partners who want to come to Palau to play in the sea, snorkeling/deep diving/examination, but don’t want to spend too much on the hotel budget. The hotel service is very good, with bilingual services in Chinese and English. The check-in experience is very friendly and feels like home. There is no need to worry about language communication barriers. Finally, Sister Rosa of Bellman is super nice. She will help solve any needs, just like the feeling of a sister next door! I will stay here next time. The price-performance ratio is too high!"

"The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, so I could hang my clothes out to dry without getting them all wet. The hotel is right by the sea, and the view from the window was beautiful. This room had a double ocean view, which was absolutely stunning. The Palau sea is truly beautiful. I heard that Palau only has one highway, and the Holiday Inn is right next to it, making it very convenient for going to the sea and to the WCC. The hotel has Chinese staff, so communication in Chinese was very convenient."

"I visited Palau for the first time in September 2024. Rose Garden Resort Restaurant was recommended by others I know that have visited Palau. They said "fantastic views overlooking the coast, and one of the best hamburgers you’ll find in Palau. One of the few places where you can get a decent omelette in the mornings!" I went for lunch and ordered a 1/2 half lb. hamburger with caramelized onions. It was wonderful. Sad it was raining when I went so I wasn't able to see the view. I loved that they played R&B and R&B jazz music while I was there."

"This is a very comfortable guesthouse-style hotel. The front desk staff are very welcoming and down-to-earth. You can order whatever you want in the restaurant and have it cooked on the spot, so you don't have to worry about pre-made meals. There are also Chinese-speaking staff. Those who aren't fluent in English don't need to worry at all. Although it's a little far from the city center, the city center isn't a major concern in Palau, so it's not a big issue. Overall, it's very cost-effective. I highly recommend booking this hotel for independent travelers to Palau. You can also contact the front desk in advance to check out island hopping tour packages."

"My husband and I stayed 5 nights in this lovely hotel, the hotel has great sea view, the small beach is the best, snorkling is very good, many corals and fish. Hotel has a dive shop. If you care for diving, and one gift shop can buy coffee, and ice cream, around the hotel by walking, can find some nice restaurants, 2 mini shops in less than 5 mins by walking, The restaurants also serve lunch and dinner, staffs are very friendly, room cleaning is very good, the girls in the front desk are always greeting with smiles. Very comfy place to stay, the staffs are so well trained."

"I had a really good experience at DW motel as it was my first time in Palau for work. It was clean, the staff were helpful and the WiFi was good. The bed was also comfy especially after travelling for more than 56 hours. DW motel was better than some hotels and very good value for money. There is a kitchen available for all hotel guests to use as well as laundry and drier. There was also free filtered water available. They also have airport services if needed. Highly recommend this motel to anyone and would stay again for my next visit to Palau. "
