Morning breakfast has limited options only, for lunch and dinner you need to book well in advance which is a drawback. No option for deserts except ice cream. Food quality is average. No camp fire and music. Pool was without any attendant. Indoor play area was not maintained like almost closed. So just good room and nothing much overall."

"I will be the first one to admit openly to you all right now that I was a First Time International Solo Traveller to India, therefore I was incredibly nervous about travelling to this specific Hotel but it is clear that I had absolutely nothing to worry about and it put my mind at ease when I walked in to the Hotel at Midnight pretty much having travelled across the country they welcomed me in with open arms, but I will warn you all right now if you are an International Traveller that there is quite a bit of Paperwork Formalities to fill out prior to you booking in to the Hotel. The Service provided was one of absolute excellence, I could not fault the service that I was provided and would like to thank them for their patience in dealing with me upon my arrival especially as the only thing I knew how to speak was English! The Room itself was pristine, clean and very comfortable with great Air Conditioning and the Fan which was an absolute relief having travelled in such intense heat! I couldn't fault any bit of this hotel at all especially the beds! Thank you for everything and I will definitely be back!"

"Niramaya offers a perfect stay in the lap of nature, and their hospitality is simply top notch. After receiving a warm welcome at the reception, Ms.Chaithanya and Ms.Amuthasree K. upgraded us to a room that had a private pool and offered a soothing view of the Vembanad lake. Libin and the chef took special care about our culinary experience at the resort while Ajesh and Shilpa pampered us with the magical Ayurvedic Spa treatments. Pradip was always happy and ready to assist us with any matter no matter how minor it was. Not to forget the breathtaking sunset shikhara ride followed by a cultural performance at the lobby, which made our Kerala experience complete. Would love to be back again. Just one small suggestion- I came across idols of many Hindu Gods placed under the open sky,may be for the purpose of decoration. My suggestion would be not be to doing that as placing Gods right away without any alter and shade not only hurts our sentiments but also serves as a definite hinder to the path of your own good future and success, as it is against our Sanatan system of worship. Rest is up to you !!"

"Wonderful resort , extremely environmentally conscious, delicious food, extremely warm service. The Sunset Cruise and the Village Tour by boat were exciting, and the local musical and dance extravaganza was scintillating. I’ve never seen so many different species of birds in a single trip as I did with the Village Boat Tour. Incredible Nature!"

"It was a great stay in pool side cottage. Pool access from room was great as we were with kids. They really enjoyed. Pool side restaurant was also good. Great food with great views. Overall it was good stay. However property looks little old but well maintained and neat. Price paid for this hotel was little high but still no complaints as we really enjoyed the stay. Highlight is the pool and complimentary boat ride."

Ms Sindhu Customer service Manager took special care to ensure the stay from the pick up to drop at Kottayam was perfect. Thanks a tonne Sindhu once again The canal ride is not to be missed apart from all the activities and cruise And the icing in the cake was when we got our gold ring lost the previous day thanks to the special efforts of the staff to search the garden and find it. "The whole experience was peaceful. The staff were all extremely kind, and were constantly making sure we had everything we needed. They promptly responded to our queries/complaints. One of us is vegan, and they readily accommodated us. Specifically Mr Kavi, who hosted the sunset cruise. He kept us entertained with his photography skills. Despite being open for several years, the property is well maintained and has multiple activities that keep the resort bustling with energy. The rooms were cozy and beautifully curated, and both demographics; the ones who enjoy an aesthetic stay, as well as those who prefer comfort. It’s apparent that the resort is determined in providing a memorable stay to it’s guests and also values quality, from the way the feedback is taken with grace and actually worked upon."

"Only had one night but room was very spacious with working air con on a very hot night. The staff were polite and friendly and whilst we were in the pool one of the workers offered to get us a couple of pool towels. The pool was clean and very inviting temperature. There is a really nice raised area to sit above the pool which had a slight breeze. The food in the restaurant was not that great but as nothing was really close by and we had no transport this was really only option."

The Staff were very very courteous & helpful and go that extra mile for any thing you request them to make your stay memorable. Duty Manager Bipin went that extra mile to see that all was comfortable and the Check in and Check out was very warm and Cordial. The Room Service & Housekeeping stepped in with a smile whenever required The Buffet Breakfast was an excellent spread and the Lunch & Dinner was worth dying for . Enjoyed the rowing activity in the canals and the complimentary boat ride which was one of the highlights . Highly recommended for all........"
