"There is no kettle in the room, and when asked for one it was provided but without any cups or spoons. We only wanted to have our own coffee as the one provided at breakfast is totally unacceptable . Also in case you order a coffee other than the one provided at breakfast it is at an extra cost, which is totally unacceptable having in mind the money you pay per night. There are some inconsistencies in this hotel , lack of amenities and no attention to the customer ."

On a hill with a beautiful view of the sea and the town of Porto Heli, only 5 minutes away by car. Each of the 4 bedrooms was with an ensuite and was calm and restful. The pool was great as was the kitchen and terrace "

"Having passed by chance on our way back from a holiday in Athens we discovered this wonderful hotel and stopped for 2 days in the splendid Porto Heli, an excellent welcome from the ladies at reception who immediately assigned us a beautiful room overlooking the sea and swimming pool which we immediately took advantage of despite if it were April, the hall is really large and elegant with large windows overlooking the total sea as well as the bar and restaurant. , the breakfast buffet was varied and of excellent quality, we didn't use the restaurant, we really enjoyed it and we recommend it to anyone who goes on holiday in these parts"

"The rooms were spacious and clean. There was a mix up on the website were it said 2 kings bed ( website mistake ). They made it right by offering my mom a free massage. We would definitely stay there again, if we are back in Greece. The beach is a 5 min walk and the water is crystal clear."

"From the outside, the resort might look a bit traditional, not seeming all that different from an old-school Xenia hotel. However, the moment you open the door, you are completely blown away! The newly renovated rooms are sparkling clean, stylishly designed, and equipped with a full kitchen and top-notch modern amenities. The hotel genuinely provides everything you could possibly need; it is extremely well-organized, and our stay was nothing short of fantastic.The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly, guiding us expertly and politely with every question we had. Another huge plus is the direct water-taxi access right from the resort’s back beach, making trips over to Spetses (whether to Dapia, Old Port, or Petrelaia) completely effortless.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a seamless, relaxing getaway!"

"We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel with our little baby. We were still sterilizing bottles for milk and we could do that as the water is purified and safe to drink for our little one. The rooms are spacious and beds were comfy. The kitchen is simple but has everything you need in. A big fridge with freezer. The pool is big and deep. I really enjoyed it having few steps away from the room. The view on top of Porto Heli is amazing. The owner is very friendly and hospitable. Porto Heli is not far and you can even walk from the property if you wish. The beach is not too far too. Breakfast is not included but you can find plenty of options in town or even have it in the room if you wish. I do recommend this place for families or couples looking for a romantic getaway!"
