"Spotless clean hotel ( bravo housekeeping team !) with lots of useful amenities in the room. Good breakfast but the highlight of the trip was definitely the staff. The restaurant team was very professional and ready to go the extra mile and the young man at reception that checked me out in the morning of my departure was also super helpful. Well done to the Management for putting together a great team!"

"A marvelous hotel with new, clean and fully equipped rooms and a parking garage, at the very center of Kruje. We got a room on the 4th floor with a balcony and stunning views (sunset view is a must!). Affordable price. Very hearty staff - the owners and their son, Ervin. Breakfast is good."

"This hotel caters to large tour groups and is six stories high on the side of a large hill and next to the old town market. Hotel Panorama has a rooftop bar and pool. The hotel staff provided our group with a cultural music and dance show and several of our friends danced with the performers. We had a great breakfast with a large selection of traditional items. We also had a delicious group dinner with very tender roast beef & chicken. Our room was a corner unit with a large wrap around balcony. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom had a lighted mirror. The only negative was the shower design since water ended up on the floor!"

"I recently learned some deeply disturbing information about Kruja Albergo Diffuso, which has compelled me to leave this review. The owner of this hotel, located within the castle, has shown a shocking disregard for animal life. Xeni, a dedicated castle guard who has worked for the community for years, informed me of the owner’s cruel actions. Despite Xeni’s dedication and love for the animals that keep him company, the hotel owner despises animals. In a heartless act, the owner poisoned a 4-month-and-21-day-old puppy, Azuro , resulting in the poor animal’s death. This was not an isolated incident but rather a reflection of the owner’s ongoing hostility toward animals. I am appalled by such behavior and believe it is important for potential guests to know about this before considering a stay here. If you care about animals and ethical behavior, I urge you to avoid Kruja Albergo Diffuso."
