"I'm aware that for the price, you can't expect too much. Positive points: - Location - Free parking - Rooms with pleasant and functional furnishings - Welcoming staff. A special mention for Marie, who was very pleasant and friendly. Negative points: - Cleaning service: rooms were very dusty; for two days there was vomit in the stairwell on the first floor, and no one did anything about it. The smell on the carpet was very unpleasant. - My room in particular had two defects: the window wasn't adjusted, letting in cold air. A piece of furniture had been torn off with a sharp screw sticking outwards. I cut my hand. - It's a shame the dining area isn't functional enough outside of breakfast time. In the evening, it's not even lit, and having a few place settings would be a good idea."

"Perfect stay – very recommendable! The room was not only beautiful and clean without make-up, but also wonderfully quiet – exactly what you want for a relaxing night. Especially excited was breakfast: at 7:00 pm everything was ready and quality was excellent. I seldom enjoyed such a good breakfast in a hotel! All wishes were met and the personal note made the stay particularly pleasant. A small tip: Chia seeds as a supplement would still be the i-tup. Otherwise, just top – I'm very happy to come back and can recommend this hotel fully further!"

"Hard to initial find a bit of the beaten track but has a lot of free facilities like swimming pool ,it has a sauna and message centre the only thing I didn’t like in my room was there was no shower curtains and the shower tray was flat to the tiled floor so you had to be careful no to get water everywhere."

"We stayed here as part of a bike trip. It is really 2 hotels and reception only in 1 which is a bit inconvenient. The room was very simple with awful orange / lights. It was quiet at the back. The reception we found a bit unfriendly. I wanted hot water so had to go to the hotel opposite to get some! Of course they had hot water for tea downstairs so not sure why I had to hike across the road again after checking in at the hotel opposite too. But the breakfast was nice, although the coffee machine seemed only very warm not hot. The lake seemed a bit more of a pond and it is a fair way out of town."

"Family run, Friendly, rooms all wood mountain style, quiet at night. Restaurant has a great menu, with regional ˋgrandmother’ specialties as well as the classics. We loved the hearty mountain dishes. Located near the lake and the ice cream shops, surfboard and pédalo rentals, perfect location for walks around the lakeshore. And the manager + service staff are attentionate and on the ball. We loved our stay."

"We stayed two nights with my 11-month-old daughter. It's a 25-minute drive from Colmar. We were happy with our stay. Breakfast was more substantial, but it was reasonable compared to other places. We paid 12 euros per person, and that's enough to have a coffee and a croissant outside. So, this is a good choice for breakfast. My wife used the pool, and it was clean. They provided a crib when we requested one. The staff is friendly. I recommend it to anyone who comes here. (It's a bit dated, but not bad.)"
