My recent visit to Renaissance Kuala Lumpur was for a short staycation following new year holiday. Being the Platinum Bonvoy member, the hospitalities that I received were top notch, especially from the front office team, lead by Hazura (Zura) and supported by Bernice, Hami, Khalis and Khadijah. Check in process was super smooth as it was handled very well by Zura. Room design is per standard modern design 5 * Star hotel, with some fresh interior look. Suite room was spacious with a decent living / TV area. The standard king Bed room is also good, with sofa bed provided. The plus point for this hotel, of course being the talk of the town, it's huge pool and playground areas for kids! To family with kids, this is a great hotel to stay considering their pool and playground areas are one of a kind. Plenty of water slides at the pool, also spacious playground area available with rock climbing activities (chargeable and prior booking is required for rock climbing). In summary, I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a short staycation closer to KLCC area. Thanks very much to the following Front Office Staffs for the hospitalities during our stay. Stayed here for a night during a staycation in kl. This new four points is in a the east tower connect to the renaissance Hotel next door. The room I got allocated was on the 23rd floor with good views of klcc. Room was spacious with 2 double beds. Amenities was adequate and bathroom was average sized with a walk in shower. I was initially allocated a room with some workers performing construction work which seem a school boy error but that was quickly rectified by the manager allocating a new room and personally escorting me to the room , got free breakfast as a compensation/ service recovery. Buffet breakfast was extensive with a range of Asian and western options

The apartment was spacious, modern and fully equipped, we had everything that we needed in our stay. One of the highlights was the infinity swimming pool on the rooftop with a breathtaking panoramic to the city. Also, the location was great, easy to move around and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Furthermore, the staff was friendly and provided us good service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

Our 2nd time here but our first staying in 2 bedroom suite. Really love the space, style and view. Full kitchenette with washer dryer. Something to improve is the quality of the pillows. It's too soft, not so comfortable. Taking lift can take some time if it has stop on every other floor. To go carpark, need to change lift at lobby. A little inconvenient. Now the hotel is very much known and very crowded during this stay.

The location was not bad, around 5 minutes walk will reach a monorail station, 10 minutes will be able to reach Pavilion Mall. Free parking was available for the cars, and plenty of lots was available even around the Christmas day, so no worries for those who drives. Just remember to get an QR code from the receptionist before exiting. They do provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I stayed for 3 days, first morning was kind of bad, everything was very cold and not refilled on time and empty food trays could be seen. Second morning was better. Taste wise, not very authentic, Nasi Lemak taste like normal rice. But since it’s complimentary, better than nothing I guess. And remember to get the toothbrush kit from the receptionist, they only gave you upon request.

Impiana is strategically located in the KLCC area. It is easily accessible and so near to UOA building which we have a training session. Is about 3 minutes walking distance. Their high speed WiFi is Perfect for business and leisure travellers. Anyway, the lighting is not suitable for those who stay there for training. It’s a bit romantic and sleepy. During weekdays, there are many places to get food. You can go to Bank Islam Meda Selera, Café at UOA building and a few food stall new the hotel. But, when weekend, you to walk a little bit far to get food i.e, you hove to walk about 10-15 minutes to KLCC area to get food. Which is not bad. Anyway, you also can purchase with the hotel itself, but a bit pricy.

3rd time staying in Ramada after South Korea. And because of its location and cleanliness we extended the room for 2 more days. Location is very near to Bukit Bintang which is a tourist's hub. Shopping and eateries are at a walking distance. I wish the room was more nicely clean and hotel management will do more about it. Staff is good. Overall it was a very very pleasant stay. There is one Indian restaurant just downstairs (outside the hotel at 10metres) from where you can order your food even at 12midnight.

The room was lovely, well decorated and laid out, and the bed was huge and the mattress comfortable. The pillows were just right - THANK YOU! The central bedside console for controlling the lights and aircon was nifty, though we couldn't work out how to totally dim it at night so had to throw a towel over it. The aircon had several modes which worked really well. All the room anenities were just right - iron, fridge stocked with drinks, gowns, welcoming bowl of fruit. The hotel gave us 3 free pieces of laundry daily, which was very usefulnand much appreciated. The laundry service was expensive - unfortunately par for the course for most hotels - but Hello Laundry, conveniently down the road, offered an excellent alternative service. Free breakfast was included, and the fare was simply amazing (see pics). There was something for everyone, you won't leave feeling hungry! Many chefs were busy preparing right in front of you, the waitstaff buzzed around like bees, and the head chef and manager were ever present. Great personal service, not a single person made us feel unwelcome. The check in service was fluid and welcoming, and the concierge and doormen helpful. Overall, a great stay.

It's all smooth since i choose booking hotel via the Trip apps. Don't be lazy to read a review and picture uploaded from others. Just a lil bit confuse when to check in, i'm driving to there, so, find The Intermark Mall, then go to the Gate C, you can park from level 4 and above. You'll find Lobby entrance lift, go to Level 1 to Hotel reception. After check in, you can see the lift to the hotel. It is not the same lift to the car park. Don't forget to endorse your carpark ticket at the frontdesk before you check out My check in was so easy and smooth. The staff greet me very friendly, as soon as they saw me walk in. The frontdesk manager who assist me, also was a good looking, humble, always smile, soft spoken, make customer feels comfortable ”Tenang Rasa Hati”. 5 star for you. While waiting, you will be given a Hilton Cookies, yummy ☺️ Then show your booking number and your ID, give your email and phone number and hallas your access card are ready. There's a mall down there. You can go for shoping, everything you need, just name it, pharmacy, saloon, money changer, boutique, and also a food's court. The bed, bathroom was very clean. Smells fresh, good and fragrance. The interior design just like shown in the TRIP. The next day, while i'm going out, the house keeping cleans my room just like before i've check in. He changed everything, towel, bathrobe, and top up more drinking water, tissue, conditioner etc, i like it so much... i gave him 5 star rating for this. My room so refreshing for another one more night. I like the way they separate the floor in the bedroom, so i don't have a problem to pray in here. Breakfast from 7.30 - 10.30am at 'Makan' level 11. Even i'm on my IF but it's ok, my cheat day, hahaha. There is a variety of foods you can choose, Asian, Indian, western, malaysian breakfast, pastry, salad, noodle, murtabak, tosei, fruits, cracker, everything was there. I'm not a picky person, but every hotel i go/stay, i will try their Omellete and here, i love it so much because there is so many ingredient you can add in, just name it, sausage, mushroom, cheese, etc. I have a realy nice and fantastic moment being in this hotel, and i will not hesitate to stay here again next time.

Our room including breakfast. Breakfast very standard don’t have much variety, e.g nasi lemak without chicken wings but only gave source. The swimming pool and gym only open from 7am to 7pm, should open more long hours. Do you think traveler only come for working? The best thing is car parking is free but need to take coupon verify at counter everytime in and out. The visitor carpark at the back of the building, but map apps never show.

A big wow to this hotel. My fiance and I loved it so much. From the lobby all the staff are very nice and helpful. They let us leave our things at the lobby since we arrive early can’tcheck in yet. The lobby looks luxurious every corner looks great. The room is very spacious, neat and clean. The pool at 51st floor is fantastic. We really love the place.

The hotel is located in KLCC and is convenient for travel. The facilities inside the room are not as good as they look from the outside. The smell in the bathroom is unpleasant. Ants crawling everywhere are a headache. Although the hotel's service staff are very enthusiastic, they cannot fundamentally solve the problem. The swimming pool upstairs is great for taking pictures at night. I hope the hotel can solve the problem and provide guests with a good stay.

Overall is okay and excellent. But need to improve especially for card access. We stayed for 4 people but only gave 1 card access (2 is okay). The cleaning fees (RM70) need to transfer personally outside this apps. I think it should be include the apps price. For others information, u need to pay the deposit also which is RM100. I just want to remind, standby RM170 before check in but everything is ok. For parking, RM30/day. The view not nice, I expect for KLCC view but i'm wrong. My view is others building.😂 The staff service also excellent. Thank you. Great. Will repeat soon.
