Located on a mountain, it's a bit difficult to climb every time. The view of Petronas Towers is good. The room was spacious and clean, with a kitchen-living room, two toilets, a guest bedroom, a master bedroom with a separate toilet and shower, and a small bedroom. There is a washing machine, bathrobes and all amenities. The first night it smelled like sewage, but not critically. We took off early in the morning and faced the problem of ordering a taxi, Grab only accepts credit cards at night. They couldn't help with calling a taxi at the reception, so they walked with heavy bags to the shopping center to look for a taxi.

Overall was ok. Parking was small and no discount was charged Rm22 for 3 days 2 nights. Location wise was very good. Room was clean, bed and mattress was ok. Only setback was the pillow. Other then that smooth check in and check out and was that dissapointing.
Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur

Never stayed with Banyan tree before, according to TRIP.com’s K.L. Top 6 luxury hotel list, I’ve choose this brand for my first ever time and it turns out it’s a bit disappointed. Services was definitely great, everyone were so friendly and helpful. The location was cool, hotel lobby had a lift and a bridge that linked to pavilion shopping mall. Con: safety awareness needs to be improved: On the 56/F, -There’s some broken conquers on the floor right at the edge of a table, where people very often stood there to take photos. -The stairs that walks to the outdoor dinning area are quite narrow, and there’s no lights or warning signs around it, it’s very dangerous to walk at the dark. Hotel itself looks quite new and clean but somehow A number of hardwares are not working properly in the room.

Star Suites KLCC @ Star Residences One

Stayed for 2 consecutive nights and felt very rich and complex! 1) The landscape and outdoor facilities are very good (but billiards cannot be reserved), 2) The indoor space is large and clean (but there is no hot water on the second night), 3) The service is also good, and all consultations and assistance are prompt, 4) The most unpleasant thing is - check out, I have the courage to bear the responsibility of breaking a fake vase in the room and take the initiative to compensate, but the regular quotation requires 200 MYR (unbelievable), and the price of the goods is only about 4-5 MYR, which makes me very disappointed (the result is 30 yuan transaction)! Leave your voice, I hope your hotel will improve and become better
