Our 2nd time here but our first staying in 2 bedroom suite. Really love the space, style and view. Full kitchenette with washer dryer. Something to improve is the quality of the pillows. It's too soft, not so comfortable. Taking lift can take some time if it has stop on every other floor. To go carpark, need to change lift at lobby. A little inconvenient. Now the hotel is very much known and very crowded during this stay.

The apartment was spacious, modern and fully equipped, we had everything that we needed in our stay. One of the highlights was the infinity swimming pool on the rooftop with a breathtaking panoramic to the city. Also, the location was great, easy to move around and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Furthermore, the staff was friendly and provided us good service. My recent visit to Renaissance Kuala Lumpur was for a short staycation following new year holiday. Being the Platinum Bonvoy member, the hospitalities that I received were top notch, especially from the front office team, lead by Hazura (Zura) and supported by Bernice, Hami, Khalis and Khadijah. Check in process was super smooth as it was handled very well by Zura. Room design is per standard modern design 5 * Star hotel, with some fresh interior look. Suite room was spacious with a decent living / TV area. The standard king Bed room is also good, with sofa bed provided. The plus point for this hotel, of course being the talk of the town, it's huge pool and playground areas for kids! To family with kids, this is a great hotel to stay considering their pool and playground areas are one of a kind. Plenty of water slides at the pool, also spacious playground area available with rock climbing activities (chargeable and prior booking is required for rock climbing). In summary, I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a short staycation closer to KLCC area. Thanks very much to the following Front Office Staffs for the hospitalities during our stay. To Zura, thanks very much for your kindness and great help during our stay, not to forget, Hami, Bernice, Khalis and Khadijah. See you again soon!

Impiana is strategically located in the KLCC area. It is easily accessible and so near to UOA building which we have a training session. Is about 3 minutes walking distance. Their high speed WiFi is Perfect for business and leisure travellers. Anyway, the lighting is not suitable for those who stay there for training. It’s a bit romantic and sleepy. During weekdays, there are many places to get food. You can go to Bank Islam Meda Selera, Café at UOA building and a few food stall new the hotel. But, when weekend, you to walk a little bit far to get food i.e, you hove to walk about 10-15 minutes to KLCC area to get food. Which is not bad. Anyway, you also can purchase with the hotel itself, but a bit pricy.

The location was not bad, around 5 minutes walk will reach a monorail station, 10 minutes will be able to reach Pavilion Mall. Free parking was available for the cars, and plenty of lots was available even around the Christmas day, so no worries for those who drives. Just remember to get an QR code from the receptionist before exiting. They do provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I stayed for 3 days, first morning was kind of bad, everything was very cold and not refilled on time and empty food trays could be seen. Second morning was better. Taste wise, not very authentic, Nasi Lemak taste like normal rice. But since it’s complimentary, better than nothing I guess. And remember to get the toothbrush kit from the receptionist, they only gave you upon request.

3rd time staying in Ramada after South Korea. And because of its location and cleanliness we extended the room for 2 more days. Location is very near to Bukit Bintang which is a tourist's hub. Shopping and eateries are at a walking distance. I wish the room was more nicely clean and hotel management will do more about it. Staff is good. Overall it was a very very pleasant stay. There is one Indian restaurant just downstairs (outside the hotel at 10metres) from where you can order your food even at 12midnight.

Took some time when checking in as told by the staff as all the rooms are booked, so have to wait for the rooms to be clean. Location is near to Chow Kit, approx 10min walk. There’s a night market beside/back of the hotel but it can be quite dark and shady as the roads aren’t well lit. Swimming pool is very small and so is the gym. The gym is located on the other building so you have to walk over and seek the receptionist to assist you in opening the door to the gym. The worst was the waiting for the lift. It can take up to 5-10min waiting for the lift as it serving up to 25 floors. Bed is somewhat on the softer side and the pillows are incredibly soft which is not to my liking. I made a special request upon booking but when checking in, due to the lack of rooms, I was upgraded to a lower floor which I’m not sure if it’s even a upgrade as the room was smaller and my special request was not met.

Well, it's not the best neighborhood, but it's within a fair distance from the towers. The room was ok. The eggs and omelettes were always cold, even when we were there at 6:30! Everything else was okay until the last day. We found a dead fly in our cheese 🤮. Also, there was nobody in charge of the pool. It looked like anyone from outside could use the pool. Some people jumped into the pool with their outdoor clothes instead of swimwear making the pool literally unusable.

It was great because it was a duplex, and it was even better because check-in and check-out were so simple... Plus, it was so spacious that even 7 family members could come over to play, and there were many beds and it was great. It was also nice that there was a night market, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. What's even better is that you can also do late checkout by paying a little more (postpaid), so it was perfect.

The location of the B&B is very good. The infinity pool on the 35th floor has a panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur. Self-service check-in is convenient and fast, and the staff's service and efficiency are very good. The room was clean and tidy, and it looked like it was cleaned by professional cleaning staff. Super cool apartment with a crazy view, panoramic windows and high ceilings, and there are also two balconies! We really liked it and recommend it to everyone. We were on the 26th floor overlooking the city and mountains, very beautiful and close to the center. There is a swimming pool on the 35th floor overlooking the Petronans Towers. You definitely can't go wrong if you choose these devices! We took a two-room bedroom and kitchen-living room. Didn't want to leave)
