They took great care of us from beginning to end… special mention to Kelly, our botler, who was wonderful and showed us amazing things whether activities, dining, or simply unforgettable moments. The villa we stayed in looked like it belonged on a postcard! Everything was perfect. We’re leaving with stars in our eyes, and we will definitely come back!"

"I chose Dusit Thani Hotel because of its renowned Thai cuisine, but during my stay, all the staff were incredibly lovely and provided excellent service, from the gardeners to the management. Especially the butler, Danil, who took exceptional care of us and always arrived before our scheduled time – truly outstanding! Khun Pu and Khun James at the Thai restaurant, as well as the beautiful staff at The Market, were all very cheerful and attentive."

"We received a voucher from our travel agency for a three-night stay at NH Collection Maldives Reethi Resort and decided to include it as part of our island-hopping trip within Baa Atoll. For us, it was a new experience, and we were excited to discover another resort in the Maldives. The former Reethi Beach Resort has been taken over by NH Collection, renovated and upgraded from a 4-star to a 5-star resort. However, you can still notice that the resort is in a transitional and organizational phase, and some procedures and service standards still need time to fully settle in. Initially, we were given a Beach Bungalow which, for us, felt unusually small and unfortunately did not quite meet our expectations. At reception, we were told that an upgrade was not possible because the resort was fully booked – although, as GHA DISCOVERY Platinum members, we are eligible for a complimentary upgrade subject to availability. Then the wonderful Villa Hotel Manager- KIKI , stepped in She immediately noticed how unhappy we were with the situation and somehow managed to make the seemingly impossible possible. Thanks to our GHA DISCOVERY Platinum status, she arranged a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe Beach Bungalow with Pool It was such a wonderful surprise! The bungalow was considerably larger, newly renovated and, with its private pool, a huge improvement for us. Kiki truly transformed our stay and showed how much genuine care, understanding and personal commitment can make a difference ❤️ The island itself is beautiful, with lush tropical vegetation, a lovely beach and a stunning blue lagoon ️ Having now stayed at 13 resorts in the Maldives, mostly in the 5-star category, we naturally have quite a lot to compare it with. In our opinion, there is still some room for improvement when it comes to service and organization. Some procedures did not yet seem completely established. The food was good, although for a 5-star resort we would have appreciated a little more variety and choice. There are already some very experienced and dedicated members of staff, while others may simply need more time to gain experience and adjust to the new standards. We especially took to heart the wonderful and very attentive waiter -Sandeep at the bar and the lovely Japanese waitress in the restaurant And, of course, another very special thank you to Kiki, whose kindness, understanding and personal effort truly turned things around and made our stay so much more enjoyable ❤️ Overall, it was an interesting new experience for us on a beautiful Maldivian island. The resort definitely has great potential and will surely continue to improve as the new structures, organization and service standards become more established. Our personal impression at the moment: a good 4.5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ – with definite potential for more ️"

"I wonder why people start to visit this island. Very peaceful! Please go and try their sunset fishing activity, and have a snorkeling at Bikini Beach, it was superb! A humble island with friendly locals, have many restaurants in the islands, also souviners shop, have a mosque for muslim, ATM machine, and free accesible around the island without the super crowds! Overall it was awesome journey I had with my wife from Malaysia. Special thanks to Malaysia Hawks team for the lovely support! Room very clean! Less noise and the best value of the room and location! The hotels staff also very attentive to every problem we had, and Malaysia team try their best to resolve the matters especially on the upgrading the rooms ! Room with Balcony is the top notch!"

"Hi everyone, I wanted to share my experience with the booking arrangements because I genuinely feel people should be aware of what happened before making any bookings. I had a really unpleasant experience, particularly because of the lack of clear communication from one of the organisers, Payal, and the way the situation was handled after my payment had already been made. I was joining this wellness retreat with a group, and based on recommendations from friends in the wellness group, I decided to participate. When I contacted Payal on 2 August, I clearly mentioned that I wanted double sharing with a side-seaplane option. The booking was made accordingly. On 5 August, I was informed that if I did not have a room-sharing partner, I would have to pay an additional amount for a single room. I was surprised because this was never communicated to me before I made the payment. When I questioned why this information had not been shared earlier, I was told that this was a "basic thing" I should have known, which I found extremely unfair because this was never explained to me at the time of booking. At that point, I clearly said that I was not comfortable proceeding under those conditions and would rather cancel. I was then told that I would not receive a refund. Later, I was told not to worry because there was still a month and someone might join me. Around 20 days later, I received a voice message suggesting that I should take a single room because double sharing would apparently not be suitable. I again clearly said that I was happy to continue with the original double-sharing arrangement. I was then told that I had to proceed with a single room, and that one way of my seaplane journey would be cancelled, with me having to pay extra if I wanted the return journey. This was extremely frustrating because these conditions were being imposed after my booking and payment had already been completed. When I raised my concerns and said that I would consider filing a formal complaint, the situation became even more uncomfortable. There were also attempts to show messages to another member of our wellness group as proof that I had been informed earlier. However, when I showed the actual dates and timeline of our communication, it became clear that the information had not been communicated to me at the time of booking. Honestly, this entire experience has taken away from what was supposed to be a peaceful wellness retreat. Even now, there seems to be very little clarity around the itinerary and arrangements. Members of the group are repeatedly having to message and ask what is happening, what the schedule is, and what exactly we are supposed to be doing. We are constantly waiting for information and trying to figure things out ourselves. I joined this trip expecting a wellness experience, relaxation and healing. Instead, it has already caused a considerable amount of stress and frustration. At this point, it honestly feels less like a wellness retreat"

"A small, typically Maldivian island, quiet, with only guest houses and no resorts. If the weather isn't good, there's nothing to do. But if it's nice, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful sea. You can wander the narrow streets of the island's people without a car. Only electric scooters. Unfortunately, we had some bad days, but we enjoyed the two sunny days."

"Unforgettable experience! Beautiful island, fortunately not rebuilt for tourists but with the respect of their Maldivian  culture.  Incredible nature and all the people that work there are all very kind and welcoming. we were truly happy.Tthe only small flaw is that the activities and extras  are really expensive and in a hotel like this it is not proportionate. We could have done many excursions and booked every day massages etc but with such high prices we limited ourselves to two. the risk is to lose opportunities. so this is my only advice. Thanks anyway for this beautiful holiday! See you soon"
