This hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was comfortable, and a full range of toiletries was provided. The staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth. It was quiet and I slept very well. Definitely my top choice for travel!

Cost-effectiveness: When traveling, the first choice of accommodation is relatively cost-effective, and the environment is comfortable. His hotel is mid-range and a national chain, which is very reassuring. Hygiene: The hygiene of the room is what I care most about when staying in a hotel. When I arrived at the hotel and checked in, I felt more warm when entering the room. The hotel hygiene was also relatively clean and tidy, so I felt relieved to check in. I like the hotel.

The second time I came to Kunming, I chose this Yishang hotel. The overall experience is better! First of all, the location of the hotel is very easy to find. I go to the ethnic village, Dianchi Lake, Haitang Village, and museums. It takes ten minutes to drive. The hotel living environment is very quiet. It is not noisy at night. I can't hear a little outside sound when I close the window and open the air conditioner! The room was very clean, the carpet was odorless, the bedding towels were very soft, the large floor-to-ceiling windows, you could see the trees outside the window and it was very healing! The facilities are complete and perfect, especially the toiletries taste very pleasant, and the disposable dental appliances are very comfortable! The front desk lady and the room attendant are very friendly and kind. They take the initiative to recommend the hotel for free afternoon tea. The coffee is not only freshly ground coffee beans, but also prepared an ice machine. Your own DIY glass of ice American is really refreshing! There are also four or five kinds of pastries that are also very good! Would recommend to friends who come to Kunming to live!

The price (208 RMB, about €25) and the central location—near Kunming Central Station and just a 45-minute metro ride from the airport—led me to book Echarm Hotel for one night. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and efficient. They accommodated our requests for two extra pillows and a room away from the elevator to ensure quietness. Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the lobby. We did not opt for breakfast, which is optional and costs 29 CNY per person. The room was clean and equipped with a kettle, three types of tea, instant coffee, and two bottles of water, although you can request additional bottles both in the hall and near the elevator exit. There is only one elevator, so you might have to wait or share the lift occasionally. The area is central and lively, very close to Dashuying metro station (I recommend Exit A as it’s on the same side of the street). There is also a local night market nearby (watch out for passing motorcycles and cars), located near the old tram tracks, continuing from Exit C of the metro. Nothing to complain about—the room was perfect. The only downside is the absence of a minibar, but this seems common in many 3- and 4-star hotels in China.

The location is conveniently located with easy access to transportation and plenty of barbecue options nearby. In fact, there are plenty of food options all around, so you won't go hungry. The hotel is clean and the rooms are tidy; I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel breakfast was also good, with a wide selection, and I could eat my fill in a hygienic way. The front desk and room service staff were very welcoming and helpful, quickly addressing any requests. There's also parking available; it seems to be in the backyard since I didn't have a car. It's quite nice, and for the price, it's definitely worth it!

The location is incredibly convenient, just a 9-minute drive from Kunming South Railway Station, which is perfect for anyone traveling by high-speed rail. No need to wake up early to rush or worry about a long commute after arriving. Plus, there's a subway station just 100 meters away, making getting around very easy. The hotel's facilities are top-notch: a well-equipped gym, a clean and tidy laundry room – whether you're here for business or leisure, all your daily needs are met. Even the conference rooms are fully equipped, making it ideal for business travelers. What truly stands out is the staff's service; they were warm and attentive throughout our stay. They proactively helped us take our luggage to the room and even kindly offered to wash our clothes, which saved us so much trouble. Staying here felt like being cared for by family. The overall experience was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming!
