"The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, making it very clean and hygienic. There's a park nearby, which is great for walks. Downstairs, you'll find plenty of restaurants and tea shops, offering a wide variety of dining and drinking options. It's also conveniently located about one kilometer from Kunming Railway Station, making transportation easy. Plus, the service attitude was excellent!"

The location was very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. Most notably, the service was excellent; from the front desk to room service, everyone was very welcoming and attentive. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted good. Overall, it was great value for money and highly recommended!

The hotel was very convenient as it was close the airport. I booked it for a night as I arrived late at night, so I needed a place to rest. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very polite and courteous. The hotel pick up was smooth and comfortable. Breakfast was Chinese but fresh and delicious. I and my family enjoyed our stay.

The staff was friendly and professional, always greeting hotel guest whenever walking around. The lobby is located at the 7th floor, but direction is clear and easily spot, just right beside Four Points Sheraton. Check in on Christmas eve and the reception gift us an apple gift. Breakfast is good, plenty choices. Room keeping service is great too, clean towel provided everyday, and the bed do tidy up (which some hotel they don’t). The location is superb, right in the busiest street, accessible to shopping mall and Kunming old street.

Arrived at the front desk was greeted and served by 大肘子 swift and polite response with a friendly and caring team. 大肘子 constantly checking on guest for any concerns and comfortability during my stays. The hotel is located in the heart of great amenities, shopping malls, 24/7 street food stalls as soon as you stepped out. Walking distance to Old Beijing street with lots of shops and attractions. The hotel is well maintained and cleaned. The room is cleaned and spacious, well equipped with a good hair dryer and a clothes steamer. There is a gym, laundry room with detergent for Free usage. The breakfast offers a wide range of varieties. Overall the front staffs are helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel .

Every visit to this hot springs hotel is a wonderful choice! Came this time with a group of 3 other ladies and we had a great time! The food is varied and delicious, the hot springs were therapeutic and wonderful, and the room was excellent. The staff are so friendly and helpful, especially patient with my poor Chinese. 🤭 definitely recommend!

Apart from the Wi-fi which was terrible for the entire duration of a week (doesn't make sense how this can't be solved very easily, especially if the hotel is making enough money being fully booked). Everything else was absolutely excellent! 👌🏻 The staff are beyond friendly, kind and helpful. They really go out of their way to help (except for making an effort to contact the WiFi providers). I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could do a lot of my business by having access to printing facilities within the Hotel. The swimming pool is quite nice and the staff member was really friendly, giving me a swimming cap when I didn't have. They brought me towels and water to drink. The hotel robot is always a great convenience when it comes to deliveries as it brings the delivery to your room. Breakfast is pretty good just like any top hotel. I usually repeat my stays here.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. A bellboy kindly helped us with our luggage all the way to our room, and we were welcomed with a delicious home-baked cookie—such a lovely touch! Even though we don't speak Chinese, the entire staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. They are a real asset to this property. We were very impressed with the hotel's interior design, starting from the beautiful lobby. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-appointed. A particular highlight was the convenient cold/hot water dispenser, perfect for making coffee and tea. Most importantly, the bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. The facilities are top-notch. The gym is huge and equipped with basically everything you could need for a full workout. We also peeked at the pool, which looked very inviting, though we didn't have time to use it. A standout experience was the SUMA bar. It's a beautiful, stylish space with an extensive selection of spirits and a very cute cocktail menu. The manager and bar attendant were both so nice and friendly, making our evening there very enjoyable. Overall, this is a clean, beautifully designed hotel backed by amazing staff and great service. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend it!

While some might call the property ”old,” I found it **full of classic charm and character** (and yes, the bathrooms still have proper doors! 😂). The **breakfast buffet was impressive** with an extensive selection of hot and cold options. Our room was **spacious, clean and comfortable** with all the necessary amenities.
