The driver was already waiting, and even proactively helped with my luggage, completely saving me the hassle of finding a taxi in the middle of the night. Upon arrival, front desk staff member #6 was incredibly friendly and polite, and check-in was very efficient. She also thoughtfully informed me of all the important details. After a long and tiring journey, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made me feel so much better, and the room environment was also excellent. The overall service was impeccable, I highly recommend this hotel! It will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Kunming!"

Upon arrival, a staff member immediately offered to help with my luggage, and the front desk processed my check-in quickly, even offering me a bottle of water. It was a hot day in Kunming, and that water instantly cooled me down. Check-out was just as smooth. The front desk asked about my stay and if I had any suggestions, and even gave me a small tea souvenir. The entire stay felt as comfortable and relaxed as visiting a friend's home, with no sense of formality whatsoever. The hardware facilities were also great. The room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the Chinese-style decor was grand and tasteful – not a tacky imitation of antiquity, but a well-designed modern Chinese aesthetic that was perfect for photos. I genuinely recommend this hotel to everyone. You'll understand what 'home away from home' truly means after just one stay!"

"They upgraded us to a family twin room! The double-layered soundproof windows were amazing, we couldn't hear any airport noise at all, which made sleeping with the baby incredibly peaceful. The front desk staff, Ms. Xu, Ms. Nuo, and Ms. Tong, were also super patient in helping us confirm our airport shuttle time. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and not at all cramped. My child immediately fell in love with the Little Yellow Duck cartoon bedding. It came equipped with a 65-inch smart TV that could mirror screens and smart curtains – truly well-equipped! It's the perfect place to stay if you're catching a flight, and the airport pick-up/drop-off service was also a thoughtful touch!"

"This Boyi Hotel is super convenient, just a ten-minute drive to the airport, making it a great value for money in terms of transportation. The front desk staff, especially the lady, provided thoughtful and attentive service, and the personalized wake-up call was very reliable. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and the 'Xiao Du' smart assistant controlled all the in-room devices. The giant screen was perfect for binge-watching shows, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The special rice noodles and late-night congee really elevated the stay experience."

"I've stayed here several times now. It's right in Colorful Yunnan, and there are plenty of restaurants downstairs, making dining incredibly convenient. The rooms are uniquely designed and very spacious. For the same price, I doubt you could find another hotel with rooms this large. The attention to detail in the room's decor is also very thoughtful. They even provide a washing machine and a drying rack, which is a huge plus since it's often hard to find a place to dry clothes after washing them. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a fantastic view of a sizable lake. You can sit and enjoy panoramic views of the lake and the city. Overall, my experience was extremely satisfying."

We stayed in a twin tatami room with our little one, and the low, spacious beds meant our child could run around and play freely without any worry of bumps or bruises – it was incredibly reassuring. The courtyard garden was meticulously maintained, featuring a lemon tree laden with fruit, a beautiful assortment of succulents and cacti, and a charming thatched tea pavilion perfect for a relaxing tea break. The lush greenery and tidy pathways in the yard kept our child entertained, exploring all the flowers and plants. Inside, the room was decorated with a simple yet elegant style, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable. The overall atmosphere was serene and peaceful. "I arrived in Kunming after midnight following a long day of travel, so I was very happy to be greeted by two friendly and welcoming staff members. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and they immediately helped arrange my airport transfer for the next morning, which I really appreciated. The staff were also very accommodating when I requested a room change because the first room had a strong smoke smell. They promptly arranged another room, which was much better and met my expectations. After a long journey, the soft and comfortable bed gave me a great night's rest, even though I only had a few hours before my early flight. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. The front desk even made sure I was awake in time for my airport transfer. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of dishes. I especially enjoyed the different stir-fried vegetables and local dishes, something I will definitely miss from China. The airport transfer was punctual and hassle-free. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and truly appreciated the excellent service from the staff."
