"My partner and I came to Yunnan for our honeymoon during the off-peak season. The front desk lady added me on WeChat beforehand to ask about our preferences and any special requirements. The concierge even thoughtfully sent us directions to the hotel. I have to say, Kunming really has so much delicious food! It's our first time here, and it feels like we could spend several days just exploring this area. **Facilities:** The overall furnishings are quite tasteful. Although the decor and history of this place feel quite dated, you can tell a lot of effort went into it. All the furniture is made of rosewood, and it's clear that the design of the pavilions, terraces, and soft furnishings perfectly aligns with Chinese aesthetics. It's truly beautiful, as if every scene was specifically designed by a professional. There's a really, really large executive lounge that's perfect for photos – it feels more like an upscale business club. It's also great for families and friends! Every single staff member's service was truly exceptional. They enthusiastically greeted us every time they saw us 😄 It was a very, very satisfying experience! "

"Absolutely wonderful stay – they truly care about their guests I stayed at PARK WINS for my first two nights in Kunming and was blown away by the service. Early check‑in & breakfast on day 1: Our red‑eye flight from Jakarta arrived very early in the morning. We were exhausted, but the front desk not only let us check in hours before the official time, they also allowed us to have breakfast right away. That simple kindness made a huge difference. The bed: Very comfortable hotel beds. Perfect after a long flight. Taobao delivery help: We had a package delivered to the hotel before we arrived, but there was an issue with the delivery. The staff went above and beyond to help us solve the Taobao problem, tracked everything down and helped us call the delivery guy. We were so grateful for their patience and professionalism. Location: not far from train station. Around 20-minute didi drive to Kunming old street Super fast responses: Every request we made – extra water, directions, travel tips – was answered within minutes."

They even have Dyson hairdryers, which made me feel right at home. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and I hope it continues to improve! 🥰"

"Ending my trip to Kunming, the one place I'm most excited to share is this amazing stay. The location is absolutely superb, and the experience was truly exceptional. The geographical position is fantastic; it's so convenient whether you want to visit Cuihu Park or the old town. It's a three-story standalone building with a great design, a very trendy industrial-chic vibe, and the courtyard is full of lush greenery, making it quiet and elegant. Every photo I took in the room looked incredible! You can relax with a bath or enjoy a movie in the evening. I really appreciate the dry/wet separation in the bathroom, and the bedding was super clean and comfortable—I slept soundly until morning. The staff were genuinely wonderful and attentive, offering a butler-style service. They'd confirm breakfast times in advance, and you could choose between rice noodles or Western-style simple meals. If you didn't feel like going downstairs, they'd even deliver it to your room. In the evening, if you wanted to unwind, you could order some drinks and BBQ. My trip to Kunming was truly chill!"

"After a whole day of traveling, this hotel completely cured all my fatigue – it absolutely deserves five stars! As soon as I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles. Check-in was quick and efficient, and they even proactively shared recommendations for local food and sightseeing routes. Their attention to detail was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. Walking into the room, my eyes immediately lit up. The entire place was spotless; the floors, windowsills, and even the corners of the bathroom were sparkling clean, with no strange odors whatsoever. The mattress had just the right firmness, and the pillows were fluffy and soft. Coupled with excellent soundproofing, I couldn't hear any street noise at night and slept soundly until morning. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, hot water was instant, and the water pressure was steady. The toiletries were also of good quality. Downstairs, the hotel had everything from supermarkets to restaurants, and getting a taxi was super convenient. The public areas were clean and elegant, with new and well-functioning facilities. For the same price point, the value for money here far surpasses other places. My entire stay was comfortable and pleasant, and you could feel the hotel's dedication everywhere. The next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose this place first. I genuinely recommend it to all fellow travelers!"

"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel before catching a morning flight. We found it very good value for money. The room was spacious and the hotel was very quiet. The beds are quite hard but we didn't mind that. The hotel is about 25-min walk from the airport and seems to have a shuttle to take clients to the airport but they didn't tell us about this when we checked-in so we had to take a taxi when we could have planned better our schedule to make it to the shuttle. Ask about this when you check-in! I would recommend against getting the breakfast. It didn't have many good options and most dishes were very oily. They have a noodle station that we didn't try, so if you like this kind of breakfast, maybe it's worth it for you. Despite this we would still likely stay here again if we wanted to be near the airport."
