ᵒᵒᵏᵎᵎᵎᵎ This hotel has great fundamentals, a beautiful environment, and rooms with balconies. The overall landscaping is excellent, and parking is very convenient. The front desk service was also quite thoughtful; when I arrived yesterday, I had initially booked a twin room, but after speaking with the front desk, they successfully changed it to a king room, which was a very good experience.
The only downsides were the breakfast and in-room service experiences. At the hot food section during breakfast, they offered rice noodles with four topping options. I clearly told the staff I wanted a little bit of all four, but they didn't say anything and only added two toppings after cooking it before bringing it to me. When I took it back and asked about the missing toppings, the staff reluctantly added one more. When I pointed out there was still one missing, they asked, ”Do you want this one too?” Finally, they unhappily added the fourth, then quietly said, ”Normally, you can only have two toppings.” Throughout the whole process, the staff never proactively informed me of the topping rules, and their communication was very passive, which made the dining experience quite unpleasant.
Additionally, at around 10 AM, with nearly two hours remaining until the 12 PM check-out time, a staff member suddenly rang the doorbell and knocked. After I responded, I heard them tell the front desk over the intercom, ”This room hasn't checked out yet.” Although they didn't directly rush me to check out, being disturbed unexpectedly outside of check-out reminder times still affected my rest. I hope the hotel can make improvements in service details and staff training to better match the quality of its facilities.
