"I highly recommend this hotel for those driving. The hotel facilities include a daytime onsen (hot spring), and many locals drive up the mountain in the evening to soak in the hot springs. Dinner is not included, but you can drive back to Miyazu for a meal. Breakfast is included; the dishes are simple yet delicious. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially one older male employee who was very kind and honest. I also loved the pristine scenery of Kyotango and the friendly locals. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I visited Amanohashidate. By the way, there are deer on the mountain, so please drive slowly and carefully."

"We stayed in a trailer room for two people. We went to the hotel from Yuhigaura-Kitsu Onsen Station on the Kyotango Railway. As we approached the station, we could easily spot the hotel from the train, and it was conveniently located just a short walk away. The underfloor heating and humidifier made for a comfortable stay. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it was a tight squeeze for two people; it would be perfect for one person. There were instructions in the room on how to use the sofa bed, which was helpful. When using the sofa as a bed, the center table got in the way, making the room feel cramped. A simpler, foldable table would have made it even more convenient. We were also able to use the hot springs in the main building, and the breakfast was the same as for guests staying in the main building, with some items available for refills, and it was delicious. We were also able to freely tour the old inn, making it a more comfortable stay than we had imagined."

"Unbelievable! I wanted to eat Taiza crab, so I splurged on it thinking it would be a lifelong luxury, but the room was just average. I had high hopes for the food, but the crabs were small and the meat was thin and tasteless, so I don't think it was delicious. For just under 100,000 yen per person, that's not right! For this price, I think it's natural to have the food served to you, but they're doing it all for you?! It would be much better to order it and eat it at home. They should think about how to make the meal more comfortable and delicious...I understand that they're short-staffed, but there were no Japanese people there. I feel like I was made a fool of.
