I stayed here on my first trip to Melbourne several years ago! The infrastructure is still well-maintained; the hotel doesn't feel old even after ten years of operation. However, the bedding isn't as clean as it used to be and has some stains. Although they clean daily, it's a bit sloppy, and they don't restock the tea and coffee. It's a bit far from the city center, but there's a tram stop right outside, so the location is still acceptable.

The apartment matched the pictures online almost perfectly, 99% accurate! Even though the hotel has been open for years, the rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean. No water stains on the walls, and the bathroom was completely free of mold or black spots in any corners. The drains worked perfectly with no unpleasant odors. I stayed for 6 days, and whenever I hung the cleaning card, they came to clean promptly. The front desk service was excellent. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely book here again in the future.

The hotel is new, sparkling clean, and located in a quiet area, but it offers very easy access to the free tram. The staff are friendly. Highly recommended!

The motel was in a great location for our day trip to Flemington races and then after the races was close to numerous pubs which we enjoyed a nice meal and entertainment. The room was a little dated but very clean and well set out. I would return again to this hotel.

We were only in Melbourne for one night but the hotel was perfect for us ..location was very central and close to amenities...great view with a show of hot air balloons...staff were friendly and ordered a morning taxi fir us ...defo be back

Transportation is generally okay. It's not in the central area, but not too far away. The room was about the same as a domestic hostel. The hot water temperature in the shower was inconsistent, and the washbasin was small, barely enough for toiletries. The front desk service was okay, with breakfast included and free luggage storage.

This is the second stay at this hotel, where the room is just the right size for two people, clean, fully equipped with electrical appliances, including a portable heating system. The room I got this time had a city view, quiet, no noise disturbance. I was impressed with the service from the staff and the luggage storage service both before and after check-in.

This is a good location and the rooms are spacious with a good layout, however there were a few issues with the room. I took photos of a range of things like a broken bedside table drawer, chewing gum on the bathroom bin, marks on the walls, broken foot pedal on the main bin, brown frozen liquid in the ice cube container in the freezer, stained coffee cups, folded up corner of the rug etc. Also note that parking is available, but not included. The check in instructions will provide you with information on how to access the car park without mentioning the price, but it is not free, there is a daily fee for the car park and the turning space on the ramp to access the bottom level of the car park is quite tight, however there are some parks on the first level which allowed us to avoid the curved ramp. The location is a great spot if you have a car, not far from the free tram zone on the edge of the city, close to Carlton where there are great food options. All of the issues were only small things that didn't ruin our stay, this could be a great place to stay with a bit more attention to detail and customer care. I received no response to my emails showing photos of the issues in the room. They also required photos of my drivers license and both sides of my credit card for after hours check in which I was a bit uncomfortable with. I hope they can address the issues and provide a better customer experience as the location is great and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with a table, lounge area and 2 bedrooms in our room. I'd be happy to stay here again and hopefully the issues have been addressed to make it a great experience.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! It's super close to Queen Victoria Market, and you can even cook your own meals. The $200 deposit was refunded very quickly, and the service was absolutely fantastic! They even lend out Myki cards (public transport cards)!
