Beautiful hostel in the perfect spot for watching the sunset every night from their pool terrace and also going to the best beaches in Kas by being on the peninsula. Getting into the town is also super easy and the staff at the hostel are really friendly, and enthusiastic in helping you enjoy your stay. Rooms are comfy and clean too!

Beautiful boutique hotel with large, bright tastefully decorated rooms. Turkish breakfast buffet is delicious and served in a beautiful air conditioned space overlooking the scenic pool. There are two large pools and a small jacuzzi pool all with a view of the sea and the Greek island of Kastalorizzo. There is a path down to the shore where you can dive from the rocks into the crystal clear water and lounge on sun chairs, but beware: the walk back up is steep and could be a challenge for less fit guests, especially in the heat.

Nice location. Excellent service. Kindly staff. Always a place for parking for guests. Perfect view and breakfast. Well equipped «beach» area with possibility to eat and drink & bar.

Rooms are amazing as well as spacious here and it’s almost like you have your own private pool. Breakfast is abundant and rotates daily. Staff and owners are great. Definitely need a mode of transportation to stay here or wait for the bus at top of the road. The beach is protected by the wind but a bit of trash ends up here due to the location of the bay and the current. The private beach is a bit of a walk to get to and from. A steep hill. Absolutely stunning sunset view from here. Overall a great place to stay.

Located at a location with very nice view. Good food and good services from the staff. The room is big and comfortable.

Great location, amazing views, great service, nice and helpful employees, good breakfast. my only complaint can be the small rooms and bathooms, but that is not a big issue.

A truly wonderful experience! The hotel is located by the sea, with a pool and a seaside restaurant. The beach is right below, perfect for swimming, and the hotel's location is perfect for watching the sunset. It's truly beautiful. The value for money is excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful, and they helped us with many of our questions. The island hopping tour they arranged for us cost over 200 yuan per person, and I think it was a truly amazing experience.

Hotel is beautiful. The location is very nice. We felt like the sheets pillows did not smell fresh and were not up to par. Everything else was great. 

This review is actually more about Radisson Blu Kas than Novva Hotels Kas, as we ended up staying at Radisson Blu. We arrived in Kas late at night and found that Novva Hotels Kas was closed: there was no staff on site and the reception was not operating. Since our stay had been prepaid, the situation was quite unpleasant and stressful after a long journey. We contacted the reception through Trip.com, and the agent explained that due to technical reasons the hotel was temporarily closed, and guests were being accommodated at the neighboring Radisson Blu Kas. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this in advance, which was the main downside of the experience. Luckily, Radisson Blu is located very close by, and from that point on everything was excellent. We were warmly welcomed and offered an upgraded room with a stunning sea view (we had originally booked a sea-view room at Novva). The service was outstanding, the room was very comfortable, and the breakfasts were excellent. We initially planned to stay for just one night, but ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much. I cannot really comment on Novva Hotels Kas itself, as we did not stay there, but Radisson Blu Kas exceeded our expectations. It seems that the two hotels may be operating in cooperation. Overall:
— the only negative was the lack of prior notice about Novva being closed;
— the service and hospitality at Radisson Blu were excellent. If judging by the actual stay experience, everything was great :)

Had an overnight trip and chose this hotel for location which was perfect for visiting the centrum . Hotel was very welcoming and rooms was clean , bed was superbly comfortable and garden view was very quiet to allow for a great nights sleep . Only one minor problem was the electric did not always connect when putting in room card but was rectified immediately by reception . Breakfast was plentiful and presented well . Well done Isola 12  for a very pleasant overnight stay and will return again . David & Tina Batchelor .
