This Mercure hotel on Tianshui South Road, formerly the Heping Hotel building, boasts a very convenient location. It's just a few minutes' walk to Youdian Dasha Station on Metro Line 2, right next to Lanzhou University, and surrounded by an abundance of great food. The room was very new, clean, and well-equipped. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the soundproofing was excellent. The toilet and shower room were separate, the smart toilet was fantastic, and the shower had strong water pressure and stable temperature. The service attitude was incredibly warm and attentive, highly recommended!

Overall, my stay exceeded expectations. The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located for getting around. The room was very clean, free of any unpleasant smells, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom had a stable water flow and hot water came quickly. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service was attentive. The soundproofing was also good, allowing for a peaceful night's rest. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it.

When booking a room, I didn't notice that the ordinary room type didn't have a separate bathroom. I was worried that the public bathroom would be dirty and messy, and the hygiene would not meet the standards. After all, with the elderly and children, hygiene cannot be sloppy. After arriving at the hotel, I quickly told the front desk that I wanted to see the room before checking in. Unexpectedly, the front desk lady was very patient and immediately took us to see the hygiene of the room and public areas. As soon as I entered the door, my heart was at ease - the public area was cleaned cleanly, not at all messy as imagined. Although the room was small, it was well-equipped with all the facilities. There was also a small window for ventilation. When the door was closed, it was a quiet private space, which was very comfortable to live in. The most surprising thing was the price! It was so cheap that people couldn't help but wonder ”Is there any profit for the boss's room fee of dozens of dollars?” The cost-effectiveness was ridiculous! In fact, there are different types of rooms to choose from in the hotel. Some are suites, and some rooms are furnished with tables and chairs that look very delicate. The grade is higher, and the price will naturally be more expensive, but you can choose according to your needs. It is very considerate. I sincerely recommend it to friends who come here for business or medical treatment, especially those with limited budget and who value hygiene. This business trip stay completely changed my perception of 'accommodation' 😭✨ 📍Located downtown yet nestled among greenery, stepping in reveals vintage brick walls + floor-to-ceiling windows, every snap is an Instagram-worthy shot 📸 The room features a low-saturation cream palette, and the bedding is unbelievably 60-count long-staple cotton, lying down feels like being wrapped in clouds ☁️ Here's the best part! The toiletries are Le Labo-scented, leaving my hair with a sophisticated salon scent after washing, I almost wanted to steal them when checking out (kidding, not kidding) 😂 Detail-oriented folks will be thrilled! There's a wireless charging pad by the bed, automatic curtains, and even a smart heated toilet 🚽 The freshly made wontons for breakfast were incredibly delicious, and the handmade macarons for afternoon tea were sweet but not cloying~ The front desk guy even helped with my luggage and reminded me to bring an umbrella on a rainy day, seriously, who understands this level of thoughtfulness!! 💯 And it's only 300+ per person!! This hotel is excellent! The views are fantastic, and the room is spacious and very clean. The facilities are also quite new. For the price, it's incredible value for money. Parking is very convenient too. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. The room size is super big, and the hygiene is spotless. It's not far to walk from Lanzhou University subway station; the trees and flowers along the way are beautiful, and the hotel environment is impeccable. The receptionist was very enthusiastic, polite, and responsible – a big thumbs up! The hotel also provides a fruit platter and homemade yogurt daily, and the yogurt was indeed delicious! The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the Lanzhou beef noodles were absolutely amazing! Super delicious beef noodles!!! And the large window in the breakfast restaurant overlooking a big tree was breathtaking!!! The restaurant staff I encountered on the first day were all very nice, enthusiastic, and polite! However, on the second day, an older staff member at the entrance had a less than pleasant attitude.

The hotel was clean and tidy, the rooms were spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I could rest very peacefully. The front desk service was warm and attentive, check-in was quick, the surrounding transportation was convenient, the facilities were complete, and the price-performance ratio was very high. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Absolutely terrible! Absolutely terrible! Absolutely terrible! I chose this hotel because it was convenient, but I called the front desk to change rooms because of a musty smell. However, the room still smelled of disinfectant. Because I was busy, I didn't have time to change rooms. At night, the toilet was incredibly noisy when I went to the bathroom, and there was a constant flushing noise. I don't know what was making noise from the right side of the window, probably because it's near the street. The room I changed to wasn't as good as the original one, and all the cabinets smelled musty when opened. I can't stand it! I hate this hotel! The bathroom curtain was also difficult to open… Absolutely terrible! The water was also awful; I don't know what it was. I'm angry, tired, and sleepy. I will definitely not stay at your hotel again! I gave you this rating with a very angry feeling.

The environment is very nice. The rooms on higher floors are very quiet. The room decor is excellent, and all the facilities are new. The hotel service is very good; they respond promptly to any needs. The only minor drawback is that there are only two elevators, so waiting for them can be quite long if you're staying on a higher floor.
