Beach Walk Luxury Suites
"Just returned from a 10 day stay here, I don't know where to start it was just amazing, fabulous luxury accomodation, amazing reception staff Lydia and Liene could not do enough for us. We arrived late at night but were emailed a map to our apartment and the key was left on the door. What awaited was a wonderful spotlessly clean apartment. When we got up in the morning we looked for our sea view as we had booked a suite with a sea view....there wasn't one so we went to reception and were advised it was a side sea view....they have now changed the description on the website, I'm afraid a side sea view is stretching it really, more of a side sea peek...no matter, without quibble we were offered an apartment with a roof top terrace a second terrace with a jacuzzi and it was just FABULOUS. Breakfast was great amazing scrambled eggs and a good choice of continental meats, cheeses pastries and fruit. The staff once again are so friendly and make you feel so special. It would be good to have some proper coffee on offer as the machine was not great. These apartments are superb in accomodation, location to the beach 5 minute walk, 2 great restaurants a very limited super market and a cafe which does sell amazing coffee. Best restaurant and service is the Faedra Beach, there Moussaka is the best I have ever tasted and their staff are amazing. All in all a great holiday, a bit off the tourist track, but we liked that. We missed having a walk before dinner as there was no promenade and the main road away from the two restaurants is very dark, but we would return here so thank you Beach Walk we will be back. "What a lovely hotel with such friendly staff, they couldn't do enough for us! We stayed here as we had a family wedding in Elounda, the hotel was in a great location with the sea front just across the road. The rooms were spacious - kingsize bed plus a sofa bed for our 6 year old which was very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaners were so kind and greeted our daughter every morning. We had Breakfast included, there were lots of options to choose from and the pancakes are a great addition especially for kids. We were given some fantastic local recommendations for places to visit/eat by the staff and nothing was too much trouble- the only thing that i didnt get to do was have a massage treatment because there was issue with the room at the hotel (although they did offer to transport me to a near hotel free of charge in order to have the treatment). The pool is lovely and you get towels given to you to use which is a nice touch, maybe some more loungers would be good as it can get busy with 'all inclusive' guests but we just left our stuff on the side and had a swim. Would definitely stay here again, ευχαριστούμε πολύ!"

"Extremely hospitable and helpful staff. The hotel equipment is completely new. The main restaurant has a very beautiful terrace overlooking the sea that offers a rich buffet, very good breakfast and dinner. Very beautiful view of the sea and the island of Spinalonga. Modern decoration, lots of storage space, very comfortable bedding. I highly recommend it !!!"

"The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. On asking when I had to vacate the room I was told that as I had a problem with my car I could leave everything I the room until it was resolved. This I really appreciated. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and there was 2 sachets of coffee and 2 of milk. Also a bottle of water. Bathroom was clean and towels were provided. Breakfast was good. Lots of choice and you could sit outside and look at a great view of the sun rising over Irepetra. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"This is really lovely hotel but again 4 star not 5 The staff are all excelleant, especialy the reception staff and the bar staff, they could not be anymore pleasant and helpful if they tried, always smiling chatting asking how your holiday was going. The bar staff would daily bring little treats around the pool, nice touch Our room was beautiful overlooking the pool and the church and there was nothing to complain about, the cleaner came in each day, and we had fresh towels as needed, lovely cake and free local greek drink left for us each day The food was nice but the restaurant a little under managed, no spoons with tea and coffee, no clear direction on arrival and the soup always cold. The menu is varied and very nice but the salad bars and starters all very much the same night after night. We ate out locally every lunchtime as we were half board but also ate twice in the week in the local greek restaurant. We attended a Greek night at Amelias, it was fantastic The sunbeds were very worn in places, ripped cushions and the parasols were not very secure. There was room for more sunbeds and i dont see why they cant have enough sunbeds for all guests seeing its such a small hotel"
Numo Ierapetra Beach Resort Crete Curio Collection by Hilton
"Stayed here for a week half board in May 2026. On our arrival at around 9.30 at night the welcome was standard meet and greet and we were shown to our room quite promptly after a welcome drink and being told you can find all the information needed about the site by scanning the QR code provided. Got connected to site WiFi and took it from there. Our room (3005) was a short walk from reception and was well appointed for wardrobe space, a mini bar with fridge as well as robes, slippers etc. Walk in shower and dual sinks - again pretty standard room facilities. No complimentary tea/coffee which we normally expect for this price range room/hotel. Room was serviced daily and very clean with bottled water supplied each day. One issue we only discovered on the second last afternoon while sitting outside was drain smell and discovered a man hole adjacent to the small patio area. Could be an issue as hotter weather prevails. No point asking for a move as only 2 nights to go. Found the breakfast restaurant Tamarisk in morning to be down by the pool and beach area. A nice e size of restaurant with plenty tables both inside and out. Choice in the restaurant is good with plenty of fresh and cooked food as well as coffee machines. Sometimes you are offered coffee at your table then the next day you need to get your own so not sure what the policy really was. Tables appeared to be cleaned as people left and never seemed rushed during our stay. The main pool area is quite nice and served by the pool Mare Mare bar. Sun beds are comfortable but the parasols are fixed and can't be moved. Wasn't really an issue as there was plenty of room between them but beds were quite stubborn to move. Towels were pretty much self serve from a small desk. Never saw a dedicated pool attendant or life guard the whole week. Service for drinks is old school - either go up to bar or wave at the staff. Think they might have been in process of upgrading to QR on the day we left which nowadays is pretty normal at 5 star. Despite when booking with our travel partner it was noted that the Menoa a la carte restaurant would be open from 20/4 we were told on day 2 that it would not be open during our stay and dinner would we served buffet style at Tamarisk. Dinner service from 7pm was okay but not outstanding. Food - options changed little over the week with some of the meat dishes suffering from the buffet style - pork dishes dry, chicken overcooked and also dry but lamb and oxtail dishes were very nice on ond evening. Veg and other options were fairly standard offerings. Drinks - water offered at table for €4/bottle and wine at varying prices. First night we asked for a sauvigon blanc at €33/bottle only to be told out of stock and offered alternative at €48. Start of a season and drinks on list out of stock wasnt a great sign. Went with the pricier bottle and told they could not keep the bottle if we didn't finish it for us but we were welcome to take it away to our room and anothe"

"Lovely hotel, great facilities, lovely staff, but when it gets busy quality of service falls off a cliff. Evening food is always lukewarm, breakfast this morning got no tea or coffee, they ran out of sunbeds one day!!! So chose a quiet time it’ll be great. When busy avoid!!!"

"Stayed for a week and was an incredible experience. Had pre-booked a meal to be served in our suite and arranged flowers before the visit. Concierge service were very helpful. Presentation and preparation of the patio area was amazing by George and his service for the meal was excellent. The meal itself was off a very high standard. The couple of lunches we had were good and a wide variety and selection for breakfast. Meal at Kelari was a highlight of the week. Very relaxing and peaceful resort. Shuttle service to the beach was very useful. Service on the beach again was great. We had an executive room which was very spacious and well furnished. Never a problem getting a sunbed by the main pools if we wanted one. The whole resort is well designed and offers lots of privacy and seclusion. Rooms are not over looked. Architecture and landscaping is very thoughtful and fits in well to the natural environment. Look forward to returning."

"One of the best hotels I've stayed at, in the luxury segment. A luxurious room with a large terrace overlooking the sea, luxurious linens, a coffee machine, and complimentary complimentary wine. Since the hotel is located on a mountain terrace, you'll have to navigate some stairs, although there are elevators (three levels). You can also get around the grounds by electric car, with a driver who will take you anywhere. The breakfast is 5*, and the service is excellent. There's a great beach with a bar and water activities, and you can rent a boat without a captain. Since it's off-season, the price is simply fantastic for a hotel of this caliber. I'd happily return again."

The hotel is nice and quiet with a 7 minute walk to the local shop and give or take 15-20 minutes to the main town area. Definitely got our value for money!"

"I couldn't describe it any better. Truly wonderful. It is our last day here, We came to Castello Resort Village for 10 days. Everything was perfect. The food and service were excellent. We met the manager Ervis, who did everything to provide excellent service. We were also lucky enough to meet Christopher a great administrator there, He was very polite and a true gentleman. We will definitely be back. We recommend it without a doubt!"

"I stayed at this hotel because of my work trip to this area 1. The reception staff are very friendly !!!!! make u feel very welcome and are ready to provide you with the best suggestions for food and activities in this city 2. My room was clean and big enough, and I had a very comfortable bed, and i was lucky i got a sea-view room 3. The breakfast was also good, with a lot of tastes of the island of Crete. I highly recommend you make the traditional dakos; the staff would help u to make it"

"We stayed 11 nights in this hotel. The setting is magnificent. The hotel has a very cute little private beach. We did not give this hotel 5 stars for the following reasons: - restaurant correct but not exceptional for a 5* - sports equipment very damaged and usable only outdoors (no gym therefore) - SPA by reservation only with a very limited massage card (only 3 or 4 it seems to me, including a duo massage. Massages on request are carried out by a male physiotherapist only...) - room service is charged at 15 euros (excessive for a hotel of only 15 rooms) - we had a terrace with jacuzzi, this was never cleaned - air play / netflix and others did not work on the TV (apparently already stipulated in view of the previous comments) The reception staff remains courteous but quite cold (except Dennis who welcomed us very well) The restaurant staff is very welcoming and caring, although a little distracted at the end of service (several long minutes of waiting for the bill because on their telephones or simply not attentive and this, several times) These are only details, which despite everything make the difference for a 5 star especially given the prices, even out of season. We are still delighted overall because the setting was really exotic. -"
