"The hotel was difficult to find. There's no signage indicating where to check in (it's at the back of the hotel), but it's located on a divided four-lane road (a sign clearly indicating the entrance would be helpful). Furthermore, there are four temporary parking spaces on the parallel road at the front for check-in. Furthermore, the number of parking spaces is very limited. It would be more transparent to mention that you can park in a paid parking garage with limited spaces. The receptionist hadn't told us where we could park if there wasn't a reserved spot for Golden Tulip. I happened to hear her mention this to guests who arrived later."

"No facilities at this hotel. Restaurant Ruben is between 2 hotels. Food portions extremely small. Not good value. The bar was nice but pricey. . Layout of room was terrible. Sink beside the bed and no proper bathroom. Step out of shower into bedroom. Bed were comfy and clean but shelves in room were dusty on arrival."
