"I want to warn everyone who is going to stay at this place, if you can even call it a hotel. I booked a room from December 23 to 28 to spend the pre-holiday week with my mother. We checked into room 116 (Superior Design), which was clearly not worth 20 thousand per night. Tired, we decided to ignore it and went to dinner. Later, my mother stayed in the room to work, and I went for a walk. When I returned, I found that it was impossible to breathe in the room: my mother was coughing, her eyes were watering. You can’t open the window either - there was a terrible smell outside, a mixture of manure and soot. It turned out that the hotel is located next to factories that emit harmful emissions. The room was stuffy and stinking, because all the finishing was made of cheap materials with a toxic smell. The administrator, when she came to us, also felt dizzy. While they were looking for another room, we decided to go down to the bar, where we saw a huge cockroach, the bartender joked: "It's a friend." After that, we decided to leave, I wrote a statement for a full refund, although this would not have been enough to compensate for all the taxi rides and ruined nerves. Then the tedious story of knocking out a refund began, they were rude to me, raised their voices, hung up on me (everything is written down, recorded). The hotel decided to withhold the cost of the first night, arguing that we had gone to dinner. Then the administration forced me to come in person for a refund to put the card to the terminal, despite the fact that I had indicated all the details. The refund was processed on December 26, today is January 9 - my bank still does not see the transfer from the organization. I plan to go to court and regulatory authorities. I do not recommend this hotel, especially to allergy sufferers and families with children. It is better to choose another place to preserve your health and nerves."
