"Felt like an African migrant full corridor shouting. Lots of young men shouting at 22.50 at night woke me up. Felt unsafe. I was not happy and didn’t sleep well."

"Good hotel to stop over"

"Basic, would be an appropriate word to use to describe the hotel. My room was quite small with twin beds and a very small pre-fab bathroom unit. Decor is dated but as a place to lay one's head for the night there is nothing onerous about it. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and there is parking right outside the main duplex of rooms. Ample hot water and working air-con - always a good benchmark. Breakfast was good, too. The biggest drawback was that the hotel's location is on a main road and with no easily walkable route to get anywhere without walking on the busy road. There are also no picturesque views, it's definitely a function over form type of place and everywhere around is quite business park and semi industrial. As a place to get a good nights sleep and freshen up it's perfectly adequate, though."

"Good hotel, decent spa"

"Was originally booked at the sister hotel, the Novotel. They contacted me on the day of arrival to say their aircon was broken and they had no fans. These things happen. We understand that. They out booked us to the ibis. There was no gesture of goodwill, not even the offer of complimentary breakfast. An ibis next to a car dealership is not the same as a Novotel with a swimming pool and views of the park. We gave them 3 opportunities to make a gesture of goodwill but they refused saying they had internal politics. Not impressed at all. We asked for the Accor customer service email address but they just ignored us / pretended not to understand."
