"Everything was excellent – I really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely stay here again. I just have one small point to mention: An app had to be installed for the digital room key, and then there was an additional fee. It's not the amount of the fee that bothers me, but rather the lack of transparency. It would be helpful if it were clearly stated during the booking process or when selecting the key options that there would be extra charges. Then everyone could decide for themselves which option they prefer. Otherwise, everything was superb. Thank you for the pleasant stay!"

"It is a complex in the city of Liberec in the north of the Czech Republic, near the Polish and German border, in fact most of the information is in these languages in addition to Czech and English. In this complex you can find, all indoors, a water park, children's amusement park, spa and wellness area, as well as restaurants, cafes and some more shops. Finding everything is a bit chaotic at first, but like everything, you get used to it. The rooms are spacious, somewhat old but well preserved, it is a real 3*** if we stick to the Spanish standard. The prices are not bad, as is the Czech Republic in general, the people are efficient, but not too friendly (they are not unpleasant either). The hotel restaurant (Atrium I want to remember) is not bad for the price, and the only bad thing is that the hours are not Spanish type. To say something bad about the hotel, the restaurant staff literally harasses you to take the empty (or not empty) plate off the table and if you arrive in the last third of the lunch and dinner hours you will find almost all the dishes finished. and in none of the days I was there did they replace what was running out. It is centrally located and there are many shops in the surrounding area."

"Everything was in perfect order. The service was friendly, clean, and close to the city center. The only downside was the mattress being too soft. It's unbearable for people with spinal problems. You might want to consider improving comfort in this area."

"The self-check-in was self-explanatory, there were enough parking spaces available and the rooms were clean. Perhaps the only disadvantage is the location. It is a good 4 km walk to the center of Liberec. The delicious breakfast and the small snacks in the afternoon were good."

"The hotel unfairly advertises wellness services. It also doesn't live up to the Pytlon name. Apparently, it was no longer possible to book a wellness service, even three days in advance. Overall, you felt like you were being a nuisance if you asked anything. The room was very bad! Dirty, dark floors, partially broken heating (in winter), and indefinably moldy walls. The room smelled very strongly of chimneys. The smoking area was right in front of the room window, so you could rarely air the room. You could hear all the conversations in the neighboring rooms. The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast, if you got a seat. Parking is very limited, so in some places you were turned away by the hotel staff. This was not at all what I had imagined a Pytlon Wellness Hotel in Liberec would be like, and I definitely won't recommend it!"

"horrible! It is recommended not to come to this hotel if you don't check email often. This hotel cannot check-in independently, so late check-in after 8 o'clock will charge 10 euros for less than half an hour? We delayed arrival because of the car problem. They were unsympathetic and had been yin and yang weird? Crazy urging? Then the number of people to make up for the charge is also messy...so we made up 1400 yuan? Very poor attitude. 🐝 Bees and flies 🪰 a lot. There is a big bed to sleep, the bed upstairs 🛏 a terrible comb bed... The washing machine is broken, the moisture and dew are very heavy! The toilet has a bathtub, the shower head is very unreasonable, you have to kneel and take a bath if you don't want to take a bath hahahahaha? Must be bad review. A precise positioning merchant, the coffee machine has a coffee bag charge. Said that 10,000 square meters of garden has a goat 🐐 and then a bunch of old facilities that have not been repaired for a long time. Goat feed is also very expensive...duck does not have to ha this store, lightning protection! The door can not be locked directly by itself, you need to use the key...hahahaha, lightning protection again"

"We had a very positive experience staying at this hotel, even though it was just for one night. Both check-in and check-out were self-service, and everything was clear, straightforward, and completely hassle-free. We didn't encounter any staff until breakfast, which was extensive. Despite it being early morning, they were all very pleasant, helpful, and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble, and there was a genuinely lovely atmosphere. The room was clean, tidy, and everything was in perfect order. The hotel's excellent location is also a big plus. Even with our short stay, we left with a very good impression and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel."
