"Overall, the hotel was very good and I would definitely recommend it. The rooms were very clean, the location is central, and the furnishings seemed high-quality and luxurious. The ambiance throughout the hotel was also very pleasant and inviting. However, there is one small drawback: Unfortunately, our room only had towels for one person. Since we arrived very late (around 1 a.m.), contacting reception about this wasn't an option for me. Nevertheless, the stay was very positive overall, and I would book the hotel again."

In the dining public area, there are free coffee and tea offered 24hrs, with one microwaver and small fridge which are very practical and nice. The staff are very nice and helpful too."

"The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation. It's right next to a light rail station and a cathedral, and the bustling city center is just a short walk away. The breakfast selection is incredibly diverse; I ate until I was stuffed every day. My favorite was the waffles I made myself. The rooms are spacious and very quiet, with excellent soundproofing. It's also very affordable, offering excellent value for money."

"Nice hostel, room comes with a sizeable personal locker that can be locked / unlocked using the room card (no lock needed), a shared kitchen and a nice lounge space at the lobby - Too bad the rooftop is closed in October and during winter + Beds have privacy curtains + Towels and ear plugs provided free + Walking distance to Liege-Giullemins Station & the FlixBus Stop @Liegé Rue du Plan + Beside a small supermarket (Shop & Go Delhaize Guillemins) and walkable to larger supermarkets in the area (Delhaize Fragnée, ALDI, Intermarché Liège Blonden) + Near tram stops once it starts operating"

"It's so close that you can see the signboard from Platform 1 of Guiman Station. The front desk is located at the back right of a narrow alley. It's a beautiful hotel! However, our room was room 113 on the road side, right above the hotel's signboard lighting❗We were having trouble sleeping because of the light leaking through the curtains all night! I regret that I should have changed the room sooner."

"A typical roadside hotel for car travelers. Situated next to the road. Simple room. But everything you need is there, shower, bath, air conditioning, TV. The plumbing is a bit outdated, the toilet did not flush well. I recommend for one night, but not for 100 euros! We got there during the holidays, the price is too high."

"Through the front door, you enter the Neuvice world, which exudes tranquility and preserves the building's historic structure as much as possible, making it very charming. The spacious room is located on the third floor, accessible only by stairs (the price is slightly lower than the other rooms). It's equipped with everything you need and has a spacious bathroom. The breakfast is more than delicious, with a wide selection of fresh bread, cheese, charcuterie, jams, and more. The staff is professional and friendly. If we ever visit Liège or the surrounding area again, we know where we'll stay."

"I was lucky enough to discover this magnificent hotel. The rooms are superb, beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi and the walk-in shower are very good. The service is impeccable, with a smiling and friendly welcome, a bottle of champagne upon arrival, and breakfast served outside the door the next day. This was taken on the small terrace. We had a wonderful night, and I highly recommend this romantic hotel."

"They're scammers: we accidentally booked April 21st, while we wanted a week earlier. Nothing to do; they couldn't change the booking. So instead of Saturday and Sunday, it became Sunday and Monday a week later. Everything is closed on Mondays. My traveling companion had to take a day off work that Monday. Other guests (a Flemish couple) had pre-paid through another booking agency for a room with breakfast (€16 per person for breakfast), but there was no breakfast. They received a package of cookies as breakfast, and the restaurant was closed anyway. I had booked a twin room, but we got a room with a double bed! However, we did end up getting a different room. With twin beds. There was hardly anyone at the reception, and at checkout, we had to leave the room key in a mailbox. On a positive note, it was clean."
