"Overall, a good impression~ After all, it is the premier hotel in Brunei. The room was very large and comfortable~ Room amenities were mostly complete~ However, I couldn't find a kettle or tea bags... There was only bottled drinking water, so I couldn't make hot tea~ The hotel's location is quite far from the city center ~ (which is a drawback). If you take a taxi, the hotel-booked taxi costs BND 35 one way to the city center, and BND 70 for a round trip~ Ofcourse, the location means the resort is very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. Very suitable for a short getaway and relaxation~ Upon arrival on the first day, the service was truly warm and thorough. It set the expectations extremely high~ However, over the next few days, the service efficiency seemed to fall a bit short. The buggy took a long time to arrive after booking~ (Perhaps there weren't enough buggies during peak hours~ We had to call repeatedly from the lobby phone booth, which was quite slow)~ Room service food delivery also took a rather long time~ Perhaps because the first impression was so good, our expectations were higher~ Dining was overall quite good. The buffet breakfast is BND 30.80, which is good value for money~ The omelets made by the hotel are quite nice~ Good variety of bread and fruit~ Quite suitable for those who like Western food~ The hotel surroundings are truly first-class~ Make sure to take advantage of the resort's swimming pools if you get the chance~ The restaurant "Pantai" is also good, and its location is great for watching the sunset."

"Great place to stay near the Gadong area. Near the mall, restaurants and shops. Safe area but checking in is through whatsapp. Coordinate with the inn so you know where to go before your arrival. Great place to stay to explore and eat nearby the gadong night market."

"Great location, many attractions are within walking distance. The free airport shuttle was the main reason I chose this hotel. The hotel feels historic, but the room was quite clean. I stayed in a double room; the bed was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit soft. I liked that the room and bathroom were separate, which helps reduce noise. The view from the room window was also nice."
