"I can't understand the good reviews at all. The hotel advertises itself as a wellness hotel, but the spa area is so tiny... only 10 loungers and that's in a big hotel. The guests sit on the tiled floor and wait for a place in the small sauna. The reception reacts rather annoyed when you bring up the subject and blames it on the platform that supposedly over-hyped the wellness area. By the way, you have to take the towels from your room to the spa and rent the bathrobe for 5 euros... I felt ripped off..."
