"One night stay prior to hospital appointment. Reception helped with information of buses or taxis for early morning. No food as had to starve for procedure , As an 80 year old woman the shower was great. No climbing over bath. Strong well positioned hand rail to step in and out. These things are important at my age ,well done. Thank you "
