"This was our third visit to this hotel which says it all really. If you want a relaxing break with great food and brilliant staff all round this hotel is a must. Some of the staff we met previously had either retired or left but it was nice to see some familiar faces (Hans and Manuel) it was also nice to meet new staff at the hotel who were just as friendly as some of the old staff The pool bar waiter (Massimo?) in particular was very friendly and helpful and gave us great service which was very much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and I really hope we can visit the hotel again in near future as it never fails to deliver a relaxing break"

The food was delicious, there was a great variety to choose from, and the drinks were fantastic—especially the strawberry daiquiris, which quickly became our favourite. The entertainment team really made our holiday. They were so friendly, full of energy, and always made an effort to include us in the activities. He even listened when I suggested playing volleyball in the pool and made it happen for us. It was such a hit that he organised it again on our last day, which was the perfect way to end our holiday. "I stayed at the hotel with my son in October 2025. The hotel is quiet and has a lovely location just a few minutes from the beach. We had booked a studio, but since it was accidentally occupied, we were given a mini-apartment instead, at no extra charge. All the hotel staff at reception spoke German, which I found very convenient, and were always friendly and helpful. As is often the case in this part of Spain, there was an ant problem. On the second day, there was a whole trail of ants in our living room. The staff member gave us an insect spray, which unfortunately didn't help much. I didn't find it particularly bothersome, as I'm familiar with this from other accommodations – however, anyone who might find it annoying should be aware of it and inquire beforehand. Since we had a room on the ground floor and there were also many ants under our terrace, I assume you have to book a room on an upper floor if you find this unacceptable. Our room was checked every day, and the towels were changed and the room was tidied. Meanwhile, one of my white dresses was accidentally taken, as it was lying among the white towels. I got it back shortly before our departure; they searched for it and found it. We mostly cooked for ourselves in the studio kitchen, but we went to the hotel buffet for dinner once. The food was plentiful, with a wide selection of main courses and desserts, and very tasty; drinks had to be ordered separately. My only complaint is that we booked the hotel specifically because of its fitness and wellness area, which my eleven-year-old son wasn't allowed to use. Apparently, this area is provided by a third-party company that prohibits children, so it wasn't possible. We found this very annoying, as it was a major factor in our decision to book the hotel in the first place. Overall, we found our stay at the hotel very pleasant and enjoyable. It was a quiet and relaxed atmosphere."

There are several beautiful swimming pools, including fantastic pools and water play areas for children, which made our son so happy. The food was exceptional, with a huge variety and plenty of choices every day. Everything was fresh, well organized, and very clean. Our room was lovely, the views were absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere made this the perfect place to relax. This resort exceeded all of our expectations.
