The hotel has a tennis court, a swimming pool and a free sauna, which are much larger than I thought. I recommend that you book a suite above the basic room type, which will be much better than the basic room type. There are not many breakfast options and the taste is average, but there is a very cute kitten near the kitchen. The key point is that the room is completely dark after the curtains are drawn, which is very friendly to people who have high requirements for the sleeping environment. The basic food in the hotel tastes average and needs to be improved, but there is a Michelin restaurant, which we did not have time to taste and should be good."

"We would like to start with a few positives from our stay. Firstly, a big thank you to Clara in the restaurant. She was always polite, welcoming and smiling, and she is a real credit to the hotel. Secondly, Assam, the lifeguard on duty on 3rd July, was excellent. During our four-night stay, he was the only lifeguard who actively helped guests by setting up umbrellas. Before his shift there was usually only one umbrella available, and he remained visible and approachable throughout the day. In contrast, the lifeguards on the previous two days appeared unhappy, unapproachable and generally disinterested. I appreciate it can be a long day, but when the wind caught an elderly lady's umbrella, we had to assist her ourselves while the lifeguards offered no help. We also wondered whether it is normal practice for lifeguards to spend long periods sitting indoors behind the emergency exit. The reception staff were also informative, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, there simply weren't enough staff on duty. The reception team appeared to be managing both check-ins and check-outs on their own, and having one additional member of staff would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, we also experienced several issues which meant, in our opinion, this hotel does not meet the standard expected of a four-star hotel. We would rate it closer to a two-star experience. All Inclusive We booked an all-inclusive package but were informed that, due to Spanish law in certain areas, we were limited to three alcoholic drinks at lunch and three at dinner, and these could only be beer or wine. We understand that this legislation exists, but it removed any real choice. What seemed even more confusing was that once the six drinks had been used, guests were free to purchase as many additional alcoholic drinks as they wished. This appears to contradict the purpose of the restriction. Room The room was very clean, but during our stay the bed linen and towels were not changed. As ours was only a short stay, perhaps this is standard policy, but it would have been helpful if this had been explained. Fridge The room fridge was not actually a fridge but a cooler. We reported that it was not working properly, and reception arranged for a technician to check it. It became slightly colder afterwards but was still not particularly effective. Food There was a good variety of food available, which we appreciated. However, we were concerned about food hygiene practices. For example, we observed a member of staff cutting toasted sandwiches without wearing gloves. On our final morning we sat at a table which we later realised was reserved for disabled guests, as the reserved sign had been covered by my friend's bag. Instead of politely explaining this, the member of staff clearing the table aggressively removed the bag, pointed at the sign and appeared to tell us off in an angry tone. There were several other reserved tables available that were not being us"

The location was excellent, making it easy to explore while still being peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was wonderful, with a great selection and everything fresh and delicious. The pool was absolutely amazing—a perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. A very special thank you to Luisa, who was an exceptional host. She was incredibly warm, responsive, and always happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed. Her genuine hospitality made us feel right at home and made our stay even more memorable. "Booked all inclusive package only allowed 3 very small alcoholic drinks with lunch and dinner. This was not stated when booked!!! (We would have chosen somewhere else). The food was always cold even if you went as soon as it was available. No entertainment! Pool area was small and in the shade until late in the afternoon so not able to sunbathe. Do not book this hotel if you are expecting to be able to stay at your hotel and use all inclusive facilities unless your happy with soft drinks all day! More like full board than all inclusive."

"The location , hotel , spa and hotel are all excellent. The hotel is possibly a four star and the villas are 5* the only gripe was the check in. Wow that was a painful experience. Arrive an hour early to ensure you don’t waste time stood waiting for very slow and incompetent staff. The shop at the hotel is expensive , see photos for October 2024 prices."

It’s about a 20-minute drive from the airport and 30 minutes from Palma, so you’ll definitely need to hire a car to get around. The rooms are spacious and very clean, though the air conditioning can be a bit loud at night. The swimming pool is a highlight; large, well-maintained, and never too crowded during our stay. Breakfast is a standard continental offering, perfectly fine but with room for improvement if you’re after variety or hot options. Overall, a great choice if you value tranquility over proximity to amenities."

"I chose this hotel as my accommodation for my trip to Mallorca. The front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean. The elevator was convenient because it worked quickly without having to wait! One thing that was disappointing was that water and an electric kettle were not provided. However, it is close enough to the airport by bus or taxi, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk away, so it is a good hotel geographically. The swimming pool is not big, but it is free to use, which was nice :)"

If you're looking for a place to stay and eat without any expectations, willing to help out a lot, and prepared to accept numerous shortcomings (which you wouldn't find in well-run hotels), then this is the place for you. However, inadequate cleaning, poor food, and breakfasts with long waits and a limited selection clearly demonstrate that the manager is overwhelmed. Some might appreciate the "family" atmosphere, the opportunity to tidy up themselves, the simple rural retreat, the close contact with the manager, and the pseudo-Mallorcan charm. But if you're truly seeking quality, good food, and relaxation, this isn't the place for you. There are many beautiful, affordable, and high-quality fincas (country houses) in the surrounding area."
